Across the street: a nature preserve with a 1.5-mile trail and Los Carneros Lake. It's a room in a real home: shared A/C thermostat (70 summer/68 winter; fan and heater in-room), floors above creak a bit, and we're organic cotton, scent-free hippies (no candles, no Febreze).
