Great location to restaurants and beaches. There’s a big supermarket in the centre down the road with huge selection as opposed to the smaller ‘supermarkets’ on the main streets. Apartment had all the basic requirements to cook etc with a nice big fridge, easy to use washing machine and decent space. Plenty of dining space if you do eat in. Would suggest taking bug spray due to some of the plants outside attracting mosquitoes.

We had a great stay here! It was very easy to walk to public transport and the beach. The neighborhood felt safe and not too busy, but we could easily get to the more popular neighborhoods. Teresa was very helpful which made it easy to find and enter the place. The home also has a lovely rooftop and patio and was a great space for six people!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Villa war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und empfang uns herzlich. Wir konnten nach Absprache sogar früher einchecken und später auschecken. Wir waren nicht ortskundig. - Requesens war stets erreichbar und konnte uns tolle Tipps geben. Die Lage ist einfach top. - Man ist schnell mit dem Auto/Zug in Barcelona, aber auch in 10min fussläufig am Strand. Absolut empfehlenswert! Nochmals danke an die Gastgeberin.

Excelente departamento completamente equipado, con una cocina amplia y un área de lavado espacioso. Las habitaciones con aire acondicionado, iluminadas y de buen tamaño, muy tranquilo y seguro el barrio pero lo mejor es lo cerca que está de la playa con muy buenos restaurantes. Francesc un anfitrión de primera. Conocíamos Barcelona de otras visitas pero en esta ocasión la renta de este departamento hizo la diferencia a nuestras vacaciones por lo confortable y la hermosa playa que tiene enfrente.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen mit meiner Familie, in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft in Barcelona zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – in der Nähe sind viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Man konnte auch die Stadt gut zu Fuß erkunden! Die Unterkunft selbst entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt und konnte meinen Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Gastgeber waren zudem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das einzige Manko war, dass die Wände sehr dünn sind und man die Nachbarn und die Straße hören konnte. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Erfahrung!

We stayed for a week as a family of four, and the apartment was a great base for exploring Barcelona. The location was very good, the local metro station is super-connected with multiple lines and close to the centre. The apartment was as described and the balcony was an exciting feature! Check-in was well-supported in person, and communication always fast.

Roger and Valentina, were kind , environmentally conscious, open and communicative. The place is awesome with bright and spacious open kitchen, modern and very clean shower and bathroom, sunken living room with centralized patio… just wonderful.. For me waking to Bellaterra commuter train back and forth via green path of university campus and/or via the Bellaterra “village” was very cool .. Just like me, if you like Catalans culture, Roger is a great resource.. I’ll be staying there again.. Thanks for having created such a fantastic environment. Cheers

Estuvimos dos días y la verdad es que la casa era excelente. La zona muy tranquila, con un centro comercial a solo cinco minutos a pie y un parque infantil cerca. La persona que vino a entregarnos las llaves fue muy amable

I want to thank Maria. After my booking with another person was cancelled, I was almost left on the street with the children overnight. But I found a room with Maria and she responded very quickly and confirmed my booking. It was a pleasure to communicate with her. The family home is very cozy and clean. The room is exactly as described. Special thanks to her granddaughter, Marta. She met us at the airport, although our late flight was delayed. A bit far from Barcelona, but 400 meters away there is a train that runs very often. I want to thank Maria. Nous sommes restés près de dix jours chez Natalia, dans son grand logement qui est vraiment SUPER. Nous avons adoré ce logement qui regroupe toutes les choses pratiques - une vraie maison cosy - et la propreté était au rendez vous. Natalia a été bienveillante et attentive à tout ce dont nous avons pu avoir besoin. Je recommande vivement ce logement proche des plages. Merci encore :)

Le logement de Monica est charmant, propre et bien situé. Il est parfait pour une famille avec des enfants. L'arrivée se fait en autonomie mais Monica reste à l'écoute, réactive et attentionnée. le logement est parfaitement situé, Vilassar de mar est paisible et vraiment une jolie ville. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Encore merci pour tout Monica ! au plaisir de revenir, je recommande les yeux fermés

Sofia’s house was really quiet and we could sleep well. The bathroom was spacious and the outdoor space was as pictured. We used the metro to get to the various attractions. The metro station is within easy walking distance to the house, just a bit of upslope walk. Sofia gave good advice on breakfast and transport which we appreciate.

Great place to stay with a group of friends! Natalia was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The grass is fake in the yard, which was a surprise, but the house is in a great location for a quiet getaway.
