Roós loft is perfectly connected to the city center. It's just 2 minutes to the metro station (L4 Poblenou) and some bus stops are also nearby, so you can get to the main touristic attractions/locations like Plaza Cataluña, Paseo de Gracia, Las Ramblas, etc. in less than 20 minutes. The apartment is surrounded by bars and restaurants and it is close to Diagonal Mar and Les Glories shopping centers, both withing walking distance. La rambla of Poblenou, one of the best of the city is 2 minuts away. Turist tax is not included in the price.

This is a legal tourist flat. It's located next to the Sagrada Familia. Tourist tax is included in the price, there are no extra charges. The balcony overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.
