This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Nuestro apartamento EARTH está recien reformado. Lo hemos decorado con todo nuestro cariño, dejándolo como si fuera para vivir nosotros. Tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte en casa: smart TV, wifi de 500Mbs, los colchones son nuevos, aire acondicionado y ventiladores en las habitaciones. Y tiene un pequeño patio andaluz con macetas para alegrar la vista. El apartamento está en una planta baja, por lo que no hay escaleras que subir. Cuenta con dos dormitorios dobles, uno con una cama de 160 x 200 cm y el otro con dos camas de 90 x 200 cm (que están unidas para hacer una cama de 180 x 200). Ambos dormitorios tienen acceso al baño y miran al pequeño patio andaluz. Tiene un amplio salón con un sofa con chaise longe, una smart TV de 40 pulgadas, internet de alta velocidad (500Mbs). Al lado está la cocina completamente equipada (lavadora, tostadora, hervidora de agua, batidora, cafetera, etc), y una mesa de comedor para cuatro personas. Tiene un aire acondicionado / calefactor en el salón, y cada habitación tiene ventilador de techo. El baño tiene un plato de ducha amplio. Todo es completamente nuevo, está todo a estrenar.
