The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Rot”, part of the holiday lodge “Pfandlerhof”, is situated outside of the village St. Martin in the scenic Passeier Valley (Val Passiria), which is a perfect area for hiking, mountain biking or skiing holidays. The wheelchair-accessible apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

Servus im Alpenu, unserem kleinen Hideaway auf 1.044 Metern Seehöhe in den Allgäuer Alpen. Wir haben mit viel Liebe aus dem ehemaligen Stall ein kleines Refugium geschaffen. In a very idyllic, quiet location in the middle of the fantastic mountain scenery of South Tyrol, the St. Sebastian holiday home is located on the 1st floor of a house consisting of 2 holiday homes and the owner's home on the ground floor. The very modern and cosy apartment is built in the style of a loft and has a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. From here a staircase leads to an open bedroom with another double bed.

Alpenhof Lodge Alpin Superior

The holiday apartment Alpenhof Lodge Alpin in Saltaus/Saltusio impresses guests with its fantastic mountain views. The 110 m² accommodation consists of two double bedrooms (one with air conditioning), a four-bed room with a sitting area, three bathrooms, a separate children's room, and a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a large dining table. It is located on the 2nd floor and is only accessible via stairs.

In der Mühle

Unser kleines romantisches Mühlenzimmer liegt inmitten von Gärten, Apfelwiesen und Weingärten. Die Mühle befindet sich auf unserem Hof, direkt neben einem kleinen Bach - Erholung mitten im Grünen. Wenn die Nächte ab Oktober wieder kühler werden kann man sich auch in unserer gemütlichen Bauernstube am Kachelofen aufwärmen bevor man sich in der Mühle unter der kuscheligen Decke verkriecht.
