We had the most relaxing stay at Emily and Bo’s home. The pictures and description are totally accurate. The house was fantastic, nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed the lanai area, pool and spa, and being right on the canal was the best! Manatees swimming by, kayaking out to the mangroves with the bay so close was amazing. So many different bird species captured on my Merlin app too. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s important to note how comfy the bed was as well with soft linens. We definitely plan to book again and can’t wait to come back. Emily is a terrific host!

we had a wonderful time at Robert's place. Everything was as described. the island is a perfect getaway for anyone that wants to go on an adventure and get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, it was perfect! Everything was well thought of in this home. On a side note, golf carts need to be booked months in advance and are pretty pricey and we hoped to walk around the island but we're told upon checkin that was not allowed. we could only go to the beach and back to the property. You could walk along the beach though.

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

We loved our stay. The location is great. Close enough if you want to get to the bustle of the main”beach” area but further south if you want to easily walk to a quiet gorgeous beach. The beach is walkable. .4 miles as listed. There is a beautiful lagoon behind with many dolphins playing in it during our stay. We also took out kayaks and they swam right by our boat! Publix is 1.2 miles away so very convenient. A few good restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could be a bit more stocked. Overall excellent stay.

This was home away from home, anything u need to cook is in the kitchen, very well stocked with any dish or utensil u may need! The water with a little beach area is within walking distance a couple streets over. Mark was very attentive when I asked to extend last minute. We had zero complaints.

We were very impressed with Andy’s commitment to making our stay great. Unfortunately, the pool heater element went out from a lizard getting into it, so it took a couple of days (due to it being the weekend) to get it back up and running, but Andy was on it and went above and beyond to accommodate us! The home was clean and had a nice open concept and was close to shopping, restaurants, and not too far from beaches. We would definitely rent from Andy again!

We loved this place! The house, location, pool, boatlift, driveway, ease of getting to inshore fishing, and so much more! Kelly is amazing and probably the most responsive host we’ve worked with. This place was perfect for us and we have already booked again!

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

It's a nice, new, house. Location is great. About a mile south of the busy area on Ft. Myers Beach. About a block to the beach. The pics show the beach entrance under a condo, but the condo has a ton of signs prohibiting beach access. We used it without a problem and there is public beach access 1/2 block south. The island is still recovering from IAN, be prepared for some construction noise.

We were so happy when we opened the door and seen a beautiful place, clean new and up to date on everything, the location is ideal for everything the area has to offer. Fort Myers Beach is making a huge comeback! Plenty to do! The owners are very responsive.Will be back!

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Loved the updated furniture, kitchen and spacious layout. Our grandkids visited and had so much fun in the pool and visiting nearby attractions. The location was perfect for our family providing both peace and convenience. Also loved seeing dolphins in the canal and the burrowing owls of course!

Jonathan is probably the best host I've ever experienced. Fast and clear communication and very friendly. This property had more amenities than I've ever seen, literally everything you could want for a day at the beach or the pool. Kids had a blast with the pool table and games in the lower level when they needed a break from the sun. Everything about this place is 10/10!

We had a wonderful time! Jamie and Christine’s place was perfectly equipped for our trip with two little ones. The kitchen was stocked, the pool was pristine and there were amenities above and beyond- games, cozy blankets, shower, baths and cleaning supplies and beach gear (chairs, towels and sand toys). We loved the unique artwork in the house as well. Jamie and Christine were incredible responsive and thoughtful hosts- They provided great recommendations for the area and easy instructions for entry and checkout. The place was also in a perfect location. We were close to two lovely beaches, grocery stores - Seed to Table is quite the experience- and lots of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We couldn’t be more pleased with this property for our family vacation. The pictures included in the listing don’t do this place justice. Nestled in a neighborhood just across from the beach, it was the perfect location for a day ocean side or relaxing in the comfort of a private pool in the backyard. A fully equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable bedding, and peaceful enclosed porch makes this place a 10/10 for your FMB getaway.

Our stay in Bonita Springs was one to remember! Nicole’s home was perfect for us and we had everything we needed. Both Nicole and Joe were extremely responsive. The few things we needed from them were taken care of immediately. Joe proactively brought us a bathtub for our 4 month old daughter and the high chair and pack and play made it easy for us and helped us feel at home. The older kids spent most of their time enjoying the pool. The location was top notch. We were just a few minute walk to the perfect Florida beach, the most beautiful sunsets and great restaurants. I highly recommend Nicole’s home if you are looking for a place for a larger family.

Aaron and Meggan at Beach Please somehow made the trip to NCI with 3 kids easy. Meggan communicated early and often to make sure we packed necessities and then left the rest at home because they really have it all waiting for you there. The kids could paddle board right from the unit and ran into manatees each time. Watching the sunrise each morning from the porch was a highlight. Access to both pools on the island was unique to this rental and a huge bonus for our kids. We had a great trip and can’t wait to return!

This is the right place if you want to disconnect. We brought enough groceries for our week’s stay and were able to truly unplug and relax, which is what we needed.

House’s location is perfect. The house needs some updates but very functional. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, bed sheets and games. Paul was awesome answering all our questions. We really enjoyed the Island lifestyle. Exploring on the golf cart, having ice cream at the Shop. My family had a blast at the beach and watching the amazing sunsets!!!! Definitely coming back!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Casita Salida Del Sol very much! The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated and decorated. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay, and the property manager was very helpful as well. We had everything we needed to feel right at home in the townhouse. It is located right next to the marina which was convenient, and fun to watch the ferry come and go throughout the day. The deck faces the east which is perfect for watching the sunrise. We saw dolphins from the deck one day. We enjoyed the kayaks, bikes, sand toys, and of course used the golf cart daily. We hated to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool was wonderful. The hot tub, although a bit smaller than we had expected, warmed up quickly and provided a much used space for our little ones. It does fit about 3-4 adults, so definitely not too small. From bikes to water toys to ping pong and a pool table, there is definitely something for everyone. Let’s not forget the BOAT! This was such a wonderful addition. We were able to go from the pool to a boat ride and back to the pool with ease. Joe was very helpful with getting oriented to the boat and the boat map was easy to read. Very bike friendly area with well marked bike lanes. There is a public beach 10-15 minute bike ride again which was clean and well maintained. Great restaurants right down the road. You will need to bring toilet tissue, laundry detergent, and any refrigerator condiments as none of that is included. Not a deal breaker for us, but something that we weren’t aware before doing our grocery order. Five stars!

Wonderful stay - extremely well-stocked and super clean. Pool and hot tub were a major hit and the and kayaks were super fun!!

We have stayed at many rentals all over, and Cape Coral a handful of times. Diane’s place is absolutely one of the best !Everything was perfect , bed , pool, decor, appointments, et all. Diane was a great host, accessible, helpful , when she says she wants your stay to be perfect she means it. Book this beautiful vacation house you will not be disappointed!!

The house was exactly as represented and expected. very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for our stay. The space worked perfectly for our party size (4 adults & 2 kids) and the pool was a great way to cool off. Justin was very responsive before and during our stay.
