Unwind in the privacy of this adorable tiny-home! Just over a mile from downtown Southern Pines and less than 15 min to the famous Pinehurst Resort. Features a King size Nectar bed, Fire TV, WiFi, shower with tankless water heater a bistro set, and a Kitchenette (sink, dishes, Keurig, microwave, mini fridge w/ freezer, toaster oven, and electric skillet), beautiful stone patio, professional landscaping, pet yard access, brand new floors, and a large driveway. Charming Vintage Cottage Circa 1906

My 1906 little house is completely restored farmhouse that my great grandparents brought to our property during the depression. Our guest cottage is tucked away behind the main house where we live. It has original shiplap boards in the open living room and kitchenette with beautiful pine floors throughout the 700 square-foot house. There is a separate bedroom with 12 foot lofted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight throughout. We know you will feel good the moment you walk through the door.

WiFi and free cable tv. 5-10 min walk to restaurants, shops, hiking paths, and weekly farmer's market. Free bus line CW picks up in front of the house making UNC and downtown Chapel Hill within mins.

It is 6 miles from the Carolina Hotel/Pinehurst Resort and the famous Pinehurst #2 Golf Course, and 8 miles from the Carolina Horse Park. The lakeside cottage welcomes you to fishing and swimming its spring-fed 9-acre, very clear waters. Enjoy relaxing between activities with easy access wi-fi or tv. If you are traveling to the area for equine competition, horse boarding is available.

Straight down from this grand resort by lovely promenade is the world-famous Pinehurst Country Club and renown “Number 2” championship golf course. A few blocks further, the 111 acre equestrian facility and historic Pinehurst Harness Track.

This 1930s cottage is the perfect spot for your stay in downtown Southern Pines. Located on a quiet street, yet close enough to walk to all the shops/restaurants downtown or the Weymouth Center for the Humanities. This unit is downstairs with 1 bedroom (Queen) & 1 bath, a full kitchen, a dedicated work space, and shared laundry room in the back of the home. It has a private entrance from the front door. Minutes from restaurants/shopping, this cozy cottage sits in front of a working goat farm while maintaining a private entrance/yard. Handicapped friendly, incl. paved drive, wide doorways, zero entry shower, no stairs. Modern amenities. 16x80 Dog Run. Rock on the porch, play in the yard, see the horses on a walk to the pond (not seen from cottage). Wooded trail accessible from pond is .7 mile. See house/pet rules before booking.

Built in the 1930's from a Rehoboth Beach cabin design; the "Clubhouse" was built for out-of-town city guests to get a little peace and quiet in rural NC. Newly refurbished, family friendly, with plenty of forested land for exploring, camper/trailer parking and fenced pasture with water. Free wi-fi. Pets welcome - two pet limit. Pasture may be suitable to horses who won't jump the fence and can get along with 3-4 heifers.

Cozy 1Bdr, 1 bath Cottage on 8 acre horse Farm

Beautiful little guest house on our horse farm with view of the horses and picturesque little pond. Feel free to go seat by the pond, and see the horses. We accept housebroken pets with a 50 dollar (non-refundable fee). The little house is in a quiet and relaxing place not far from Southern Pines, Pinehurst, Aberdeen and Carthage. We live on our farm so if you need anything we will be right there.
