Such a nice place to stay and very comfortable. Will probably stay again!

It was a great home away from home! The home itself was nicely furnished and warm. We felt comfortable immediately stepping foot into the home. It's very clean! Jennifer definitely put thought into the amenities offered. I'm so grateful for the hair dryer! We had firewood for the fireplace. Nothing was overlooked! Jennifer is friendly and very responsive, all things a great host should be.

The home was so cozy, felt right at home after getting settled in. The beds are so comfortable. Loved having park cafe and liberty park right down the street. It was a quick drive to anywhere you’d need to go. My kids loved walking to go get breakfast or taking our dogs to the park. The natural lighting was so great to have. There was so many towels and supplies to use for the kitchen. Loved making coffee and sitting out front on the lawn chairs . I enjoyed watching people running or biking around with friends and family. Evan was super helpful whenever I needed to communicate anything.

The place is so clean, everything is in place & working properly. The view outside the door is stunningly beautiful. What is best is how Emily provided lots of food for us as a welcome present and always did her best to respond to anything we need. Best!

Jodie's place was exactly what we expected! A charming home in a charming neighborhood. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with basics plus a few extra things. We stayed here to visit our Ute and to ski. Super convenient for both. Jodie was so easy to get a hold of anytime we had questions. She was great to work with. This home is old - which is a big part of the charm. Renters should be aware that it is not new with all the bells and whistles of a modern space, but it was perfect for what we needed. Any special things about the house were well communicated and/or marked in the house. Jodie is lucky to own such a great place and we were lucky to find it. Walkable to all the fun shops and restaurants on 9th and 9th. 15 minute drive to the airport, less than 10 minutes to the U, 40 minutes to skiing.

This house was beautiful! Unique, well appointed, and right down town. Ammon was a great host and very helpful. The view from the upstairs bedroom was magical. Would 100% stay there again!

Great place to stay, especially with dogs! If you’re a neat freak and don’t like animals and the little bit of pet hair that might be around, this may not be the place for you, but it is perfect for families with pets! Our dogs loved the backyard and it was a nice peaceful quiet location. One small thing to mention…if you have a large vehicle, parking might be tight. Maybe bring the smaller cars my full sized pickup was all the driveway could take :)

Even was an incredible host!!! The location was perfect, home was immaculate and his communication was next level! We will be recommending this to everyone coming to SLC!!!! Super clean, comfortable and the coffee shop out front was icing on the cake. It was truly so easy and Even made it effortlessly from start to finish. We look forward to staying with them in the future! Thank you for having our family of 5! We had the Best time!!!!

Brigham was a wonderful host. He was responsive and courteous in all our dialogues. Great host and would recommend this to anyone looking to book a trip to Utah.

Great place for our University of Utah college visit weekend that doubled as a ski day up at Park City. We were 5-8 mins to campus depending on where & 45 min to park city, no traffic & clear no snow roads (spring). The basement apartment was very well appointed to suit all our needs with a full kitchen with new appliances & big screen tv to watch March madness final 4!! Will book next time here.

The place is very cozy and the hosts were very accommodating. As a daylight basement apartment in an older home, there is some noise audible from upstairs when people are walking and such, but it wasn’t bad at all. Just be aware in case you are really sensitive to floor groans and creaks. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at Ronald's place. It's large and comfortably furnished, very clean, and has one of the best Airbnb kitchens I've ever seen. Ronald also provided us a pantry full of snacks plus water, juice, and milk in the fridge. We will gladly stay again when we return to SLC!

This unassuming building with a great apartment in it was the perfect refuge for our family of four after a day of travel. Private covered parking, round the corner from good donuts, walkable to the 9 Line and Liberty Park. Plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Thanks!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would—our stay at Monica’s was nothing short of exceptional. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from ice packs to keep our ski lunches chilled to a generous selection of breakfast items that made mornings effortless. The apartment was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was super comfortable, the theater room a great bonus, and the entire space was perfect for unwinding after a full day on the slopes. The kitchen was spacious and impressively stocked—it had everything we needed, from a garlic press to storage containers and quality cookware. Monica truly thought of everything! And the rides to Alta? Truly above and beyond. Monica and Danny’s hospitality made this trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Needed a place to stay near family in Spanish Fork for Thanksgiving. We didn't intend to spend a ton of time there, more or less a place to sleep. Due to a pending snow storm, we needed to leave home to head there a day early and Diana was gracious enough to let us add a day to our booking at the very last minute, she provided access information in an easy to understand way so that when we arrived at 3am, we could immediately go in and sleep. Its a basement apartment, so natural lighting is understandably near non-existent but the space was clean, kitchen was better equipped than I expected (had to do some Thanksgiving cooking), and though they presumably live upstairs in the main house, we rarely heard any noises beyond the occasional footsteps. Water pressure in the shower was a treat, and though I personally slept horribly- my wife and our friend both thought the firm mattresses were great so I can't hold that against the host. Overall, perfect for what we needed.

Great place to stay while in Orem. Super responsive even when we left something behind they got us right in to retrieve it!

Absolutely wonderful. Pristinely clean property. Everything was so well thought out, all the little details covered. Very clean (and comfortable) bed. Loved the closet full of movies, access to all sorts of drinks and snacks, and the hot tub was a wonderful amenity for us sore, tired hikers. Esther was great at accommodating our earlier than usual breakfast timing request. I want to come back to the area JUST to stay here again.

I stayed in room #6 which is in basement. I only stayed 1 night. Everything was as described. Only negative thing I experienced was that if there is noisy guest upstairs? You'll hear alot of thumping. I can't blame the host but the guest that were there could be more respectful when they know others are in the house. I was able to hear their conversations from basement. Maybe insulation could be better or those people were just loud.

The world would be a better place if we were all as kind as SLAVA. Her home is welcoming, clean, and comfortable. She is an incredible cook and delights us with fresh prepared breakfast and extras for ski lunches. She even prepared a homemade chicken soup to warm us after a full day of skiing. The blue room has good bedside lighting, the washer/dryer is useful. There is excellent water pressure in the bathroom. SLAVA/Laura readily amended our reservation when we both developed respiratory symptoms and wanted to isolate. They generously, refunded our balance. She is an effervescent senior, lots of energy, and genuinely interested in pleasing her guests. I will think of her flavorful hibiscus tea and cozy blanket throws. SLAVA , you are a #1 hostess. This Bed and Breakfast is exactly what you think of when you hear Bed and Breakfast. The home and decor is authentic. The breakfast was lovely and our housekeeper was very nice. We stay for our Anniversary.

The Pierrot home is two in one firstly a home away from home. Secondly a cultural museum. I was in awe of her home. Pierrot and family were very hospitable towards me. Very friendly caring. I checked in to a gift of earrings on the bed. On the night before Easter Sunday she gifts me a chocolate bunny on bed refilled snack bowl in the room and a bottle of water. Her doing this is above and beyond makmaking you feel good. I never met a host Like Peirrot she provides some detail in her home to accommodate you, if forget something she has it for you. Her home is very clean. Her thoughtfulness in providing a variety of food for breakfast fresh coffee truly thoughtful. I will definitely return again she is a Super Hero Host. I did not feel alone and I felt safe as I traveled alone. If your in need of a place look no more. This a goldmine for a silver price range. So economic and a vast of exceptional amenities and hospitality. Thank you Pierrot and Family.

Esther made our birthday stay absolutely fantastic. Every little detail is perfectly done, the breakfast was incredibly delicious, and the whole place is very cozy. Definitely staying here again.

If I could give Teresa ten stars I would. I have traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels and Airbnbs, but this experience was unique. First the guesthouse. It’s been recently and exquisitely renovated in a style that combines luxury with elegance and fun. The bed was so comfortable and the linens gorgeous. Everything about our living space was perfect, including the wonderful kitchen and bathroom. But it was Teresa’s friendliness that made this experience superlative. She treated us as honored guests—met us when we checked in and showed us around, and her sweet husband brought a whole lot of breakfast foods over for us. Later Teresa brought a plate of delicious cookies—she even asked what kind we wanted! And the next day she brought over a basket of hot chocolate making supplies with the most adorable note from her grandson. Her granddaughter had helped us as check-in and could not have been sweeter. I recommend the guesthouse unreservedly and will definitely stay there again!

Kira’s place was just what I needed for a 6-week crash pad during long hours at work. Comfy, private, well stocked, and friendly/responsive host. Thanks Kira!
