Our "Cozy Cabin" getaway is located in a peaceful country setting. A creek & hillside is located behind the cabin. Relax on our 2 porches and enjoy the view of our field with horses grazing and deer passing thru. There is a fire pit, gas grill & small shelter house with swing for your outside enjoyment. All the amenities for a relaxing stay close to Yatesville Lake (18 miles), Rush Off-Road Park (13 miles) & Giovanni's Pizza (5 miles). Tristate area KY/WV/OH can be in all within 30 minutes.

Perfectly located to enjoy all the area has to offer. Minutes from great hiking trails, Cave Run Lake & Morehead State. This 2 bed, 2 bath A-Frame cabin offers a clean updated interior, a well stocked kitchen, balconies off both bedrooms and a full wrap around porch all located on 2 acres of wooded property. If you are looking to explore The National Forest and Cave Run Lake, visit Morehead for one of the many annual festivals or just relax on the porch, this is the perfect place for you!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place The home is located in a small VERY country neighborhood We are NOT NEAR A TOWN or I64 We are 1.8 miles from Hogtown Hill(Elliottville) 11 MILES TO DOWNTOWN MOREHEAD where MSU is located. Poppy mountain is 11 miles Cave Run 24 Our place is a 1972 refurbished manufactured home with some mid-century furnishings and decor and some updates. There is also a large addition on the trailer which makes for a lot more space

The Yellow House

Getaway on this 300+ (with 700+ available nearby) acre working farm. Explore pastures, woodlands, rock cliffs and beautiful vistas while looking for wildlife (hiking has some restrictions Sept to Dec) . Enjoy a picnic or evening fire listening to whip poor wills at the campground located on the property; or have a peaceful cup of coffee on the porch. Traveling with your horse /ATV, ask about available stall and trail access. Located between Paintsville, Yatesville and Grayson lakes.

Private cabin located in campground close to bathhouse. A/C and electric fireplace. Porch swing, fire ring, & picnic table for your outside enjoyment. Queen size bed with full size bed in loft overhead. Microwave & small refrigerator. Dining table with 3 benches. Comfortable sitting chair with footstool. Fishing included in our 12-acre lake. Walking path runs the length of the campground. Bring bed linens (sleeping bag or blanket/sheet) & pillow, bath linens (towels/washcloths).

River Access Cabin, Hot Tub, Red River Gorge

Come stay at our 20-acre secluded cabin near Red River Gorge and Cave Run Lake—we manage it ourselves and love sharing it with guests. Hike right from the cabin on our private wooded trails leading down to the Licking River. Enjoy total privacy, a large peaceful yard, and a spacious hot tub deck tucked in the trees—perfect for relaxing under the stars. Pet-friendly with WiFi, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and electric fireplace. Sleeps 4 (queen + sofa). Bring your ATVs or kayaks!

Setting back about 1/2 mile into our 375 acre farm is our Bowman Cabin. Kick back and relax in this beautiful open concept cabin on a small pond. It has many comforts of home such as electricity, heat/ac, running water. There is no wi-fi and cell phone signal varies however there is a tv w/antenna and a DVD/Blu-ray player. There is plenty of hiking . Laurel Gorge, Red River Gorge, Cave Run Lake and Grayson Lake are just a few attractions within short driving distance from us.
