Our second time staying at Cara’s home and it won’t be the last! Such an enjoyable stay - so close to the beach! Only wish would be to stay longer!

I enjoyed staying at this Airbnb, the place was way better then we expected. A lot of space and the host provides a lot of amenities you will not run out. Really close to playa Mirador, a walking distance less than 5 minutes.

The house was large with 4 bedrooms that each have private bathrooms. The kitchen was large and had a beautiful view of the water. The walk to the beach was only 3-4 minutes and the beach itself was quiet and beautiful. The tide went out each day leaving tidepools to explore along the entire beach. Andrew was excellent, kind, and very responsive. We would highly recommend this rental!

This was a great space for six of us plus three dogs! Everyone has their own bathroom and was able to have their own private space. The air conditioner was great. The house has everything we needed for towels, beach towels, dish soap, hand soap in the bathrooms, bottled water, dog bowls and more. We love the patio and it was a great space for the dogs to be able to run around and feel free. The beach is a short walk in front of the house. The house is in the second row of homes from the beach which is actually great so you don’t hear the beach visitors. They also had loungers which were great to lay out on the patio if you didn’t want to go to the beach. Very comfortable living room. Very comfortable beds. Lots of clean linens. Karo, the local property manager was quick to respond to any concerns. The carport fits one car, but a second also fits in the drive way. Never had an issue.

The house was great with plenty of room for our party. Our host was very nice and helpful. it's only a 10 minute drive to El Malecón and the beach. there were a few really good places to eat nearby as well. it was our first time in Puerto Peñasco and we didn't really know what to expect but we had a great time and will likely be booking this home again next time we go back. thank you.

This two story home is a 10 min walk to a very nice peaceful beach. The kitchen is well stocked and a table for 4 to eat your meals. Living areas up and down are very comfortable with smart TVs. Two of the three bedrooms also with smart TVs for those like to watch TV in bed. And WiFi was always good. We stayed for a month. The hot water and water pressure was always great. I also loved the step down design of the spacious shower. This home is located in a very upscale and peaceful neighborhood. Never had any problems during our stay and Kevin got back to me within minutes to a few questions I had. I would stay at Kevin’s place again.

What a wonderful home. All of us were impressed by all the amenities this house has. You can tell Nestor is mindful of his guests’ needs; it’s the details that stand out! The home is walking distance to the beach and pool, which we all enjoyed. We will be booking this house next time we go to Rocky Point!

This place was amazing and close to everything. It was spotless inside and out. It's gated well and it has covered parking so we felt very comfortable. You can't ask for nicer hosts, from conversation to local suggestions, they were both fantastic. Thank you!

Great place to stay! Clean and and felt like home. The SIX store downstairs made it really convenient for emergency store runs. Restaurant and pizza was avail but, we just didn’t have enough time so, definitely would stay here again.

I just got back from an incredible stay at Boan’s place and I can't stop raving about it! The moment I walked in, I was struck by how cozy and inviting the space was. It felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches and decor that perfectly captured the local vibe. The resort itself was stunning, with breathtaking views and plenty of activities to keep me entertained. I loved lounging by the pool and taking long walks on the beach. The host (Boan) was fantastic, providing great recommendations for local spots and ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. This experience was truly special, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in a gorgeous setting, I highly recommend this place!

Honestly for price it’s a great spot, spacious and nice. 10 mins from playa Bonita. 4 mins from Candy cake for a delicious breakfast.

We booked Seth's place for a week to relax, enjoy the pool and to take short walks to the beach. It did not disappoint! The grounds were being worked on a bit, but that didn't detract from the beauty of the property and enjoying the pool area. Everyone on the premises were so kind. It was a great place to enjoy with our dog, too. It's a condo so you can hear your neighbors sometimes, but it was still nice and peaceful. Go to the top floor if you want to enjoy a great view - perfect to watch the sunset and the sea. I would be remise if I didn't mention the co-host, Elisa! She was fabulous and was always ready to help book adventures during our stay, or provide recommendations. We were interested in some massages and she booked some wonderful masseuses who came to our condo and gave us couple's massages on site. SO peaceful!!! Would absolutely recommend Seth's place!

A beautiful place. Very responsive and kind host. A little bit smaller than we were picturing, and it was so beautiful outside that we only wished there were bigger windows to the ocean!

We had an great stay at Once Upon a Tide! The house was clean, just steps from the beach, and had stunning ocean views. The AC was ice cold (we ended up there on a surprisingly hot week) and the kids loved the beach toys provided. The rooftop patio was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s about 20 minutes from town, making it easy to explore shops and restaurant. The hosts were great, both Carol and Eric!

Amazing home, facing the ocean. Near the swim up bar and beach access. We will be back soon.

We had a most enjoyable visit and look forward to renting this property again! It was wonderfully located and the putting green course is a lot of fun!

Great place for a Mexico getaway, easy access to the beach and no need to leave if you don't want to. Everything you need in one spot.

We’ve stayed at Zach’s place twice and absolutely love it. The house is cozy, beautiful and extremely clean. The host is very resourceful and friendly. The beach is a quick walk away, the community feels safe and the employees who run the resort are helpful, kind and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We will continue visiting this Airbnb with our kids. It’s perfect for a quick beach getaway.
