We have 4 large double bedrooms, spacious living spaces and parking for 2 small/medium cars. We include crisp white linens and towels which are high temperature washed and the house is deep cleaned. Vibrant East Oxford has some of the best restaurants and cafes. We are a short walk from Magdalen Bridge, the Botanical Gardens, punting and the historic city centre.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space situated at the bottom of our family home garden. Built 12 years ago it has a cottage feel with a modern twist. We're conveniently situated 4 miles from Oxford City Centre and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. The property looks out onto the open countryside to the front and rear and a 10 minute walk away is the River Thames which has a lovely pub to enjoy an evening and you can also walk the tow path straight into Oxford.

Just minutes away from the local amenities, the Jolly Post Boys, Flo's Cafe in the beautiful Florence Park, and just a ten minute walk from Iffley lock. Well-connected for local bus services into town. Or rent a scooter to get around. A gentle amble down the river Thames delivers you to the heart of the city and its dreaming spires.

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
