We had an amazing stay at Ameer’s cottage in Tobermory! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The cottage was well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed, and it’s clear Ameer puts a lot of care into making sure his guests feel comfortable. The location was fantastic — close to the main attractions but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Ameer was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend his place to anyone looking for a great stay in Tobermory. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Irene had kept the place very neat and clean. We had everything we needed. We arrived very late at night so she also ensured we had creamer for coffee the next day! The place was safe, cozy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and rebook next time we are in Manitoulin islands! Thanks Irene!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect getaway. Quinn couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. From my first message to his post check out message, he answered all of my questions and ensured we had everything we needed. The cottage was exactly as shown in the pictures and descriptions. The views were even more beautiful than what were captured in the listing's descriptions. We spent our evenings in the hot tub watching the sunset overlooking Lake Huron. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with anything you would need to make the simplest of meals to the most elaborate of ones. The King bed in the master bedroom had a wonderfully comfortable mattress and we both slept better than we had in some time. If you're thinking of renting Quinn's property don't hesitate. It truly was a slice of heaven. So much so that we're already planning a return visit in the fall. Thank you Quinn for the perfect getaway.

Perfect spot for a perfect family weekend. We had everything we needed right down to beach towels, matches and firewood. The sunsets and views are great. Do pack water shoes for the rocky beach and area attractions but most everything else is available at the cottage! Little current, Mindemoya, hiking trails and bridal veil falls were all a short driving distance. Monique was very helpful. Her personal touches for our stay made it that much more special.

The house was excellent and had everything we needed. It felt like home, cozy, with a great view! It was filled with all dishes we needed, as well as towels and blankets. I celebrated my birthday there and it accommodated my friends and family. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

We stayed for a couple of nights. The location is great with easy access to the lake. The place is pretty spacious and was stocked with basics in the kitchen - some spices, salt, coffee etc. For activity, we enjoyed the Kayaks - there were 4 of them. There were paddle boards and bikes also but we didn’t get to them :) If you want to go to the Grotto etc. then the cottage is a great place to stay as it is less than 15 mins of drive from it. One more thing - it’s got great firepit and a big stock of firewood. And wheelbarrows to haul the firewood easily to the pit :)

We loved our stay at Camp May Anne. Shelly's team were first class and super lovely people. The house was spotless and really clean. We had a great time using the camps kayaks. The water in the lake was crystal clear and the view from the house was amazing. I have no problem at all to recommend Camp Mary Anne and we would love to come back and spend longer at the place!
