The family owned cottage has been fully refurbished in 2020. The kitchen with all major appliances / lounge / dining area is integrated and open plan. The shower room with u/f heating is on the ground floor. Two bedrooms rest on the first floor and are accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a small sea view window in the second bedroom with a comfortable chair for reading and looking out to sea. There is no TV. High speed WiFi Internet access available. Please note that no pets are allowed.

Situated in a quiet coastal village with a local hairdresser and groceries shop. Great location on the Speyside Way for walks, or visiting a local distillery. Short distance from Buckie/Elgin for much more amenities. Aberdeen/Inverness 60-90 mins away.

Ideally situated with a 1 minute walk to both New Harbour and the Historic 17th Century Old Harbour. The cottage is also a 5/10 minute walk to the local shops which includes 2 bakeries, Portsoy Ice Cream Shop, Coffee Shops, Restaurants, take aways and bars, Portsoy Gift Shop and a grocery store.

Cozy up in front of the log burning stove during the colder weather and always be assured of a parking space during the busy summer months due to the 2 car off-street driveway.

One A Sandend Village, near Portsoy / Cullen

Harbour View Cottage is situated in the traditional fishing village of Sandend, nestled between the town of Portsoy and Cullen village. Sandend has one of the best surfing blue flag beaches in Scotland. The harbour offers fishing and "harbour jumping" as well as crabbing. Our cottage is one of the most spacious within the conservation village, with off street car parking available. We will do our utmost to ensure the best stay possible in our bright and comfortable cottage.

Driftwood Cottage has a relaxed, seaside theme and a most amazing garden including a summer house and decking with spectacular views at the top of the hill! The cottage sleeps 2 on the ground floor and 2 in an upstairs twin room. It has off road parking for 2 cars, an EV charger, good WiFi and your four legged friends are very welcome. We hope you will visit Driftwood and discover historic Portsoy in this often overlooked corner of the North East of Scotland for yourselves!

Old schoolhouse in the countryside

Cosy, homely, private cottage in the beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside. Light the log burner and sit back to relax. The old schoolhouse (built in 1866) has loads of character and feels remote and quiet despite being well situated just off the main Banff/Huntly road. Banff is about 5 minutes drive. The garden is large and you have full run of the whole premises during your stay. There are some lovely walks from the house.
