Teds is cosy & well equipped with all your basic needs including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, washing powder, shampoo, condition & body wash. The lounge does fold out to a double bed. 5 star location on Nelson Beach in the heart of Jervis Bay. 2 min walk to the beach! Unfortunately not suitable for children or pets. You will find yourself in a property which backs onto a nature reserve and the beach. It is home to lots of birds, kangaroos, and the occasional echidna. Shopping centres and eateries are within walking distance. There is a farm gate of 1250 cm high at the front entrance which can be viewed on the listing. Pets allowed.
