Estuvimos en el alojamiento de la familia Marte, mi familia y yo para celebrar mi cumpleaños, la pasamos sumamente bien, siempre nos respondieron de manera amable y rápida. El alojamiento genial, súper cerca de la playa y cuenta con la asistencia de Dio, una chica muy amable, educada y dispuesta. Totalmente recomendado.

One of the best house I stayed in, everything was well organized with the house keeper. The chef was amazing, house also came with speakers. It had everything you would need for your stay and more.

It was absolutely amazing, great place to stay. Will be coming back!

Fuí un fin de semana con mis amigas, la pasamos super bien. La casa es bellísima y es bien privado. Super cerca de los restaurantes y la zona de playas. Jennifer fue super atenta y flexible. Y la verdad es que nos trataron super bien. Espero volver pronto

Lugar espacioso, nos acomodamos 9 adultos y un niño cómodamente. La decoración de la villa con buen gusto inspira a relajarse. Esta en complejo Cap Bonita, maravillosa ubicación para llegar caminando a Playa Bonita y a parte Este de Playa Coson. Christopher y Florence son maravillosos! Siempre pendientes, dispuestos, educados. AL llegar encontramos un inconveniente con el servicio eléctrico por una avería de la empresa que afectaba a varias villas, aunque esto no estaba en control de los Host, Christophe hizo acto presencia para colobarorar con los técnicos y como disculpa nos invito a cenar, no aceptamos la invitación pero agradecemos profundamente el detalle. Recomiendo 100% este hospedaje. Volvería sin dudarlo.

We stayed at this Airbnb in Las Terrenas for two nights as a family group (my wife and I, our two toddlers, and my in-laws), and it was a great experience overall. The location is excellent—just a quick 3-minute drive to the center of town—yet it’s in a peaceful gated community that feels very safe. You do need a remote to enter the community, which added an extra sense of security. The host’s communication was outstanding. She stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was to our standards, and when the GPS couldn’t locate the exact address, she even sent someone to meet us downtown and guide us to the home. I recommend dropping a pin on Google Maps once you arrive so it’s easier to find again. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and organized. It reminded me of a sleek European-style home. There are two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and private bathroom, and another with a queen-size bed and a bathroom just outside the room. Both mattresses were extremel

Perla is a delightful host! She clearly communicated directions to the house and info about the electricity deposit. The space was pristine and peaceful at night - construction next door during the day wasn’t really a bother since we were out early. The hot water in the downstairs shower ran out quickly and it was a little too cool at night to use the Picuzzi but otherwise a magical place to stay at the start of our DR trip. Would recommend having a car to get to and from.

Hermosa villa! Nuestros hosts fueron muy atentos, resolvieron todas nuestras dudas y nos trataron como si fuéramos parte de su familia. La villa estaba en perfectas condiciones, y tenía todo lo que podíamos necesitar: toallas de playa, sillas de playa, bloqueador solar, repelentes, jabones, y artículos de la cocina.

Las Terrenas siempre es una buena elección y la villa de Fanny amplia , cómoda, la distribución de los espacios es excelente pues te da privacidad al mismo tiempo que en las áreas comunes puedes disfrutar con la familia. Patio y área de piscina muy bellos ! Cocina bien equipada, cerca de la playa y los restaurantes!

We loved our stay here. The home is unique and beautiful. One of the bedrooms had its own bathroom inside, which was perfect for my mother. She said the bed was very comfortable. Make sure you plan to take advantage of the amazing local domestic worker Dora who cooks traditional Dominican food and takes care of the home. There is a cost associated with her cooking lunch or dinner for your party: her labor and for the groceries. I highly recommend you do this as few properties come with this type of service. Because we are in the D.R., you should be comfortable with lush flora/fauna like occasional bugs, small frogs and lizards, a couple of (friendly) neighborhood dogs and a cat—but there are no roosters waking you at dawn! Bring treats for the animals but don't leave any food out on a counter. Have a great stay! We'll be back here for sure.

Wow. I never do reviews but this one is sooo worthy of one. The view is exactly like the pictures, breathtaking. The overall decoration also look the exact same. They allowed early check in and late check out and had someone available to assist us 24/7. Have no concerns when it comes to safety as well because it's the only house uphill located in a gated community. We had built in speakers in the house and a private chef come over where they had everything pots, utensils, everything they needed in the house. literally everything exceeded everyones expectations. My two cons/ recommendations are some of the walls need to be repainted and bathroom sink repainted or replaced for a better aesthetic of the home and you will need an SUV to get to the house as the hills are VERY steep. Other than that I would recommend this house a million times and would definitely return!

My stay at Joseph’s luxury villa in Las Terrenas was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a peaceful, elegant space perched above one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever seen — Playa Bonita, named one of the world’s most beautiful beaches by National Geographic and now I know why! I was visiting with my brother, and we both appreciated how effortlessly the villa accommodated us. With room for up to six adults, it never felt crowded. The wide terrace and infinity pool quickly became our favorite spots, especially at sunset. Every detail has been considered — from the modern kitchen and cozy living room downstairs to the beautifully appointed bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms and a shared terrace. Gesnar, the host, was gracious and incredibly responsive. Everything felt intentional — from the peaceful surroundings to the luxurious comfort inside. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

My family and I had an amazing time! The house was absolutely stunning. When we weren’t off going on hikes, whale watching, and playing at the beach, we were having fun at the pool. We felt extremely safe our entire stay. There are so many restaurants that are within walking distance. I would highly recommend Daniel, the taxi driver for private transfer to and from the airport and everything In between. He was an incredible driver. Rick and Nathalie were amazing and helped with any questions that came up. We plan to be back soon!

The place was as described. Through the Electricity Bill was not specified, it was reasonable though. You have to take a picture of the readings when you arrive and before you leave and calculate the amount based on the current rate set by the power company. That's a separate payment, understable but must be specified with an up to date tariff for others who come to know. Other than that, the personnel was top notch. Helpful from beginning to end. I will visit again in the near future.

This was a very last minute booking, I needed space for 11 family members closer to the beach and Monica’s house delivered just what I needed. My family enjoyed the patio space as well as the pool very much. We felt right at home. The house is walking distance from the beach and stores. Short drive to restaurants. Highly recommend this rental unit for large parties. Monica and Aracelis were attentive and responsive to all messages and inquires.

The place was really great and had all the listed amenities. Humberto was very responsive and helpful. Maria the housekeeper was the best and really took care of us well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Las Terrenas!

It was a true pleasure to spend a few days in Maria Cecilia's property. The place was incredible and my expectations were definitely met. The house is as beautiful as in the pictures and provides you with a relaxing time. The house if fully equipped with all the necessities and respects the description. It is also located in the heart of Las Terrenas with easy access to all the surroundings and possible activities. The communication with the host was impeccable, Maria Cecilia was always reachable, provided clear explanations and offered many interesting suggestions. This place is a real gem! I couldn't be happier about my experience.

We had an unforgettable stay at Casa Victoria from March 23 to March 28! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, clean, and welcoming the property is. The pool and outdoor area are absolutely perfect for both relaxation and family fun. Our kids, ranging from 8 to 17, had a blast swimming and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. A special mention has to go to Maritza—she is truly the heart of this Airbnb! Her warmth and hospitality made our stay even more special. Not only does she make incredible meals that the whole family enjoyed, but she also takes care of every little detail, ensuring the bed sheets were always fresh and the space immaculate. Her kindness and attentiveness made us feel so pampered and well taken care of, elevating the whole experience to a new level. The location is fantastic, too—the beach is just a short distance away, and the area itself feels incredibly safe and peaceful. I have much more wonderful things to say, but not the space.

La verdad un lugar muy lindo y tranquilo, la piscina súper linda, todo como se muestra en las fotos, solo teniendo en cuenta que hay que tener auto si vas a visitar este lugar porque no es muy lindo la parte de afuera del residencial, pero dentro es un espectáculo y la seguridad fue lo mejor!
