We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—very accessible to nearby attractions and surrounded by many great restaurants, yet the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house looked exactly like the photos and matched the description in every way. We truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Jose’s place is well located between San Salvador and the beach. It was clean and pleasant. The decor is modern and the house was big enough for us. Highly recommend Jose’s place.

we were a family of 16 and still had room for a couple more people. beautiful inside and out. i will stay here again. the best part is doña Pili. she is the most wonderful person and very attentive to anything you need. she made us coffee, and always make sure the place was clean. Ana Marta is very responsive when you message her.

Mi familia y yo venimos encantados, anfitrión Norma responde al instante yo escribí dos veces para anunciar que vendría familia para que les dijera saber a los de seguridad en menos de 3 minutos respondió, no había necesidad de escribir ya que la casa cuenta con todas las comodidades, muy limpia , amplia, segura. Algo muy IMPORTANTE muchas propiedades de El Salvador se quedan sin agua y esa casa todo el tiempo tenía agua, una observación para uno que tiene hijos y es que los zancudos 🦟 no nos picaron y en otras ocasiones eso es un problema por que en esa propiedad nunca vimos uno. De todas en las que he estado, esta es la mejor.

Mauricio is a great host ... very pleasant ... communication was good and he was able to accommodate some unexpected changes we had. The place is clean and the neighborhood is safe. It's outside of the city which might work for some better than others. A nice view of the mountains outside the front door.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Santa Tecla! The house is thoughtfully designed and spacious—perfect for our large family. Every detail felt well-crafted, from the architecture to the interior touches, making it feel both luxurious and comfortable. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. We were centrally located to easily explore all the main attractions in the area ie Picnic Steakhouse, Los Chorros, Los Termos. We had an amazing breakfast at Mar & Fuego and enjoyed some delicious foods from the restaurants up on the mountain! Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a relaxing, stylish base for your adventures in El Salvador. Would absolutely stay here again!

Muy bonita la casa cómoda área verde muy bello todo

This is the second time staying at Francesca and Sofia’s place. Me and my fam love staying there because is a secured place in a safe area. Everything is relative closed by. We were able to go to the beach in like 30 minutes. Malls, grocery stores, restaurants are even closer. We love that specially because we have 2 small kids. That’s the other reason why we choose this home. It gives plenty of space for our little kids to play with our visits. Francesca has gone above and beyond both times while staying at her place making sure my time there is pleasant and relaxing. Hands down 100% recommended!

Our stay was excellent, the house was very fitting for a family of 6 with even more space available. The neighborhood is secure and peaceful. The host did excellent in communication. Greatly appreciate this accommodation! We hope to be back again. Thank you!

Alojamiento muy bonito, fresco, de fácil acceso aunque la calle sea algo rústica, cualquier vehículo entra. El lugar y las amenidades estaban muy limpias, como las piscinas, camas, balcón y muebles. Que el lugar este un poco alto es un plus para las vistas hacia la capital y el clima en general de la residencia. Bastante privacidad pero con un poco de ruido en los alrededores. Nos encanto el calentador de agua, y que habían variedad de toallas y artículos de limpieza. Cómo único detalle a considerar es que las ventanas del cuarto principal no cerraban del todo aunque tuvieran su seguro y eran fácil de abrir al exterior, pero en el cuarto secundario todas las puertas si tenían seguro. En general, una residencia completamente recomendada.

Tuvimos una estancia excelente de dos meses en esta propiedad. La ubicación es fantástica: segura y cerca de tiendas, vendedores de tortillas y frutas, y otros puestos convenientes. A pesar de estar cerca de los vecinos, era muy tranquilo por la noche, y no tuvimos problemas de ruido. La vista desde la ventana del segundo piso era hermosa, y ver el amanecer cada mañana fue un gran momento. La colina cercana fue un buen ejercicio, y caminar por la zona siempre fue agradable La abuela de los anfitriones vive al frente y, de vez en cuando, pasa para cuidar el jardín y limpiar el balcón compartido. Es muy amable, pero su presencia puede no ser ideal para quienes buscan mayor privacidad En general, es un lugar genial con un ambiente acogedor, un perro amigable y una excelente ubicación cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos

Nice spacious house, we stayed for a week, all good until the last day, there was an area water outage for 24 hours but Roberto saved us, he was very protective and offered us an alternative place at least to go and take a shower before checking out. Thank you Roberto :)

Waldina was a super host She made sure we were always comfortable. The house is in a private neighborhood and was very clean. Definitely would recommend

Fue una estadia muy cómoda y tranquila. El lugar es muy espacioso y tiene buenas amenidades. La ubicación es centrica y un lugar seguro. Manuel siempre estuvo pendiente y fue muy amable.

Increíble casa con 6 recámaras nos acomodó excelente un grupo de 8. Mario desde que llegamos estaba súper atento y amable con nosotros, hasta nos dio recomendaciones de lugares turísticos y restaurantes Limpieza impecable y el área está cerca de varios centros comerciales
