Mon's place is a cozy haven for solo travelers or couples. It's tucked away from tourist areas in a modern neighborhood, offering a peaceful and clean residential setting with international schools nearby. The morning sunlight and breeze through the large windows are pure bliss. The space is fully equipped for long-term stays, allowing you to experience local life truly. The fridge is spacious and stocked with bottled water, and the building's pool is fantastic—long and deep enough for a great swim. Mon is super responsive, quick, and kind, making her a wonderful host. It's so a pleasant stay. I want to come back in my next trip to Chiangami and recommend you all who is seeking for a quiet and peaceful sleep and rest in Chiangmai.

趁着寒假，带孩子又去清迈待了两周，这次我们选择了the one condo。Rita的这套公寓一尘不染，客厅有一张沙发床，有时早上我煮粥煮面也非常方便。小区还有中文客服，可以订水送到房间，还有接送机服务和上门泰式按摩。从阳台就可以到滑梯泳池，对面还有乐高室和健身房。小区每天还有班车去各个超市和景点。因为要回家过年，不然真想多住几天呢。

Ich bin ja schon so etwas wie ein Stammgast hier. Auch deshalb fühle ich mich gleich wie zu Hause und komme gut zurecht. Ich habe keinerlei Beanstandungen. Apatsara und Anan waren, wie immer, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder.

房东人很好，沟通回复及时，房子非常干净温馨，还准备了儿童的洗漱用品、宝宝餐椅，厨具一应俱全。小区也很安全安静整齐，来清迈非常推荐此房源。

The location is a bit difficult to find, but the house is more beautiful than I expected, and the host is very helpful and always responsive.

Desde el primer día nos sentimos inmersos en un auténtico barrio local.Aunque a escasos 15 minutos a pie de los resorts de lujo, convivimos con la comunidad. Una estancia genial y recomendada a los que se quieran separar del circuito turístico.

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Super séjour. Une villa dans un super cadre : grande piscine, 2 restaurants, 2 cafés, des rizières, des hôtes très gentils, réactifs, souriants, à l’écoute …grab sans difficulté. Tout était parfait pour nous.

Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Zimmer hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Pool und die Anlage! Man kann von 8-22 Uhr im Pool schwimmen, aber nicht den Gym Raum verwenden. Keine Ahnung warum. Ist aber nicht so wichtig gewesen. Es war ein sehr toller und entspannter Aufenthalt! Gleich gegenüber gibt es einen 7/11 und bolte können einen für unter 100 Baht in die Stadt fahren. Zu Fuß dauert es ungefähr 45 Minuten. Ich würde wieder hier buchen!

i booked 3 different rooms in the same complex for myself, sister and parents. my host's room is the best compared to others. 1.washing machine. it is super easy to do laundry every few days not bring it to first floor( it has communal washing machines) 2. 4 of big towels. they offered enough towel so i can easily use swimming pool and gym by not doing laundry everyday. 3. nice mattress topper. it is a bit firm but i prefer it... super comfortable to me( if someone prefer soft mattress, better put some fluffy blanket on the topper Overall, it is close to 7-11, central festival( lots of eateries) and had huge swimming pool, gym( a bit small) and walk track( my father loved it) only downside is that a noisy chinese family guests had lived for a week, I couldn't help but waking up between 1am and 2am couple of times. door has not a good sound proof. i have lived here for a month and i felt like living home.

A small but peaceful and cosy apartment in a great condominium! We felt very at home here and the location was perfect for us - peaceful surroundings and a nice walk to 7-11 and Central Festival mall and with a scooter only a 15min ride in to the old town. Thinnakorn is a great host, helpful and communicated well, responding quickly.

This was a lovely apartment with everything I needed and a great view of the pool and gardens. I loved the gym and the easy walk to the supermarket. The host is friendly, helpful and quick to respond. I plan to stay again!

매우 친절한 호스트와 뷰가 좋은방 끝방이라 소음없고 화장실 냄새 없음 멋진 수영장과 센트럴페스티벌과 가까운 거리로 한달살기 최고의 숙소 다음에 치앙마이에 오면 이 숙소를 선택할것이다.

I had a wonderful time at Amy’s apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It is very close to the mall. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always responding to my questions quickly. Everything went smoothly during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and hope to stay here again in the future.

II stayed here for a couble of day and I absolutelyloved it. It's clean and spacious with a few basic kitchen stuff if you want to cook. The location of condo is very good . It's in Nimman Area so I can walk to the shop and restaurant near by very easy. There's 24/7 security so I felt safe throughout my stay. Definitely recommend this place and will come back again.
