“L’Oliva” è una residenza di recentissima ricostruzione, immersa tra gli ulivi secolari della tenuta Villa Clelia che si estende per circa 4 ettari. Attorniata dal verde della natura e dai suoi giardini, gode di un’ampia piscina condivisa e di un orto con i frutti di stagione. Si trova a meno di 2 km dalle spiagge della “Riviera dei Gelsomini”. All’interno della tenuta vi sono altre due residenze: Il Cafiso ed il Palmento di Villa Clelia ma ciascuna residenza gode di privacy e tranquillità.
