Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

Todo perfecto, las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo que realmente es, el tener la alberca privada es lo mejor muy amena y relajante. Olivia muy amable y excelente comunicación, me apoyó en todo momento. Definitivamente lo recomiendo, no se arrepentirán. Está fácil para moverse dentro del área y muy tranquilo. Muchas gracias por todo el apoyo y en definitiva 100% recomendado.

We had a lovely stay. It does look just like the photos and Alizee was a good responsive host. Rather than repeating everything everyone else has said I’ve set out some insights/ tips which may be helpful. - You don’t need to buy water as Alizee has provided a massive (20l) water container which is replenished for free. You will need to decant and put in the fridge if you want it chilled. The fridge/freezer is a massive American one though - There is only one sun lounger next to the pool which isn’t great if you are a couple. - The sun hardly gets on to the patio at all. There’s about 3 feet max on one side before lunch and about 3 feet max on the other side during the afternoon. Some of the time there’s none on any part of the patio. So if you want to sun tan for hours each day, then this isn’t the place for you. - The kitchen and the bathroom, especially the shower, are showing signs of wear and tear. Very few of the crockery, cutlery and glassware match. Very nice otherwise

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

Beautiful home situated just outside the main part of town. Easy to get to from the airport or Ferry. Minutes away from all the action and very cozy when you’re there. I’ve stayed here twice and plan on staying again.

We couldn’t have wish for any better place than Norman’s family house. It is a great location with a bakery 5’ away and big supermarket Norman has been full of great advices and very helpful and kind. And the house! A piece of heaven in Cozumel! The design, the decoration, the lay out and the fantastic pool and hamac! Thank you so much for having us ❤️ Recommend 110%!

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was very well stocked with all we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Extremely clean, very comfortable beds. We love the Palmar complex. This was our second time staying in the building and we felt right at home. Easy parking, friendly security staff, excellent beach bar and snorkeling right across the street. We dove two days and we were able to board our dive boat at Sunset Beach pier. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Miguel’s - we would definitely stay again! It was very clean and spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Great location, short walk to lots of restaurants bars supermarket etc. just a couple Blocks from 5th ave , but far enough to have quiet nights away from all the excitement. Would definitely recommend!

Espacioso apartamento en un condominio residencial, familiar. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, muy bien equipada. Muy sencillo y claro el ingreso. Además tiene un estacionamiento bajo techo para un vehículo. Quizás la ubicación observación es que la playa está un poco alejada para ir caminando; aunque se puede ir en bici.

I really like the independent set up, with private full bathroom, decent shower, burner with pots and pans to prepare meals - food and pharmacy minutes walk. I'd stay here again. It was my first time to Playa del Carmen, definitely worth another visit.

Very cute place. Looks like the pictures. The girls used the private pool once and the public pool a few times. Even though we had wrist bands we were not able to use the roof top. One other thing it didn’t have an oven so we couldn’t make pizza for the girls one night after a long day in the sun. But that was no big deal since we were hardly home. The master shower can be a bit of a challenge because you have to step down into it. The unit is very close to 5th street and all the attractions. It’s beachfront so very convenient being next to the Mamitas beach! Across the street is a 7 Eleven which we loved! Our girls were always wanting snacks! The host was amazing and super fast on responding. I can’t believe she responded to me at 2am one morning. I had to leave to the airport at 5am that morning and she still helped me with questions I had prior to check out. I dont think she sleeps very well when she has to respond to renters like me. She is amazing! Thank you! 😁

beautiful condo right on the beach. easy acceed to everything. clean, spacious unit with a pool right there. host was friendly, responsibe and good natured. A+ all around.

La casa de Sergio es hermosa, perfectamente cuidada y de excelente gusto. Superó por mucho nuestras expectativas, los cuartos súper amplios todos con vestidor y camas muy cómodas, la cocina, sala y terraza enormes, la alberca bonita, grande y con una palapa genial para estar en grupos de amigos o familiares. La vista al canal es súper linda y se puede tomar el sol desde que amanece y hasta el atardecer. Francesca quien siempre estuvo en contacto conmigo es una persona súper amable, me recomendó -entre muchas otras cosas- un Catamarán donde la pasamos espectacular (de hecho pasaron por nosotros al muelle de la casa), siempre fue muy atenta y resolutiva con la mejor actitud que he visto. En la casa estuvo siempre al pendiente de nosotros Rox, ella tuvo siempre la casa impecable y nos trató como una verdadera anfitriona. Recomiendo ampliamente esta casa y todo lo que implica, en general le daría 100/100 NOS ENCANTÓ y claro que volveremos.

La unidad estaba perfectamente situada frente al mar, la alberca y restaurantes. Las camas muy cómodas y la cocina con lo necesario para cocinar. La atención de Mónica y Yazmín estuvo de primera. Nos atendieron de lujo y nos ayudaron con cosas extras hasta ir por un abanico de piso para mi hijo autista que lo necesita para dormir. Hicieron toda la diferencia en nuestras vacaciones. Les agradecemos de corazón todas las atenciones. Y sin duda regresaremos.

Darryl's place is exceptional and exactly as listed and shown in pictures, even better actually. We really enjoyed the space, everything in the condo worked well and the kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. There were even a number of spices and things left from previous guests that we were able to utilize throughout our stay. We were also able to leverage the VIP transportation Darryl offers which was both economical and comfortable when going to and from the airport. In terms of tips while staying here, the market at The Royal Haciendas is excellent with almost everything you'd need and only about 5% markup over heading to an actual grocery store. It would be about a 15 minute walk to get there from the condo but is much easier with a car. On that note, you'll definitely want access to a car or will need to use a cab to get into downtown Playa or head to the grocery stores but the front security gate is awesome and they can call cabs for you. Each driver we met when using a cab was excellent to deal with. The trip into Playa is maybe 10 minutes if that. Hot tip, if you are going into Playa with a rental car and want to stroll down 5th Ave, park at the Quinta Alegria mall. Parking is underground, relatively cheap and it's central to some great stuff on 5th. You'll need pesos to pay for parking however. Usually 50 to 70 pesos for a longer stay. During our 2 week stay we also had a small issue with the garbage disposal in the sink and within the same day the property manager was there and it was fixed and even cleaned spotless. Very nice to see that level of service! Also, they have a great water cooler in the kitchen that takes big jugs of water that the property manager made sure we always had a full supply of so we didn't need to worry about having lots of drinking water on hand. You could also smell that the water coming from the taps is properly treated and clean. No issues brushing our teeth from the bathroom sink etc. The property amenities from the rooftop pool and deck area (which was awesome for morning yoga sessions or afternoon/evening drinks) through to the main shared pool just a few steps away was excellent and we really enjoyed them with our 4 year old and 7 year old. We also made use of the gym and had lunch at the golf course outdoor grill one afternoon which has some nice tacos. In closing the property and the host here were excellent. Darryl clearly cares that his guests have a great time and goes above and beyond answering questions, providing tips and helping you feel right at home. We'd love to come back and stay here again!

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

The spot and view are amazing and breathtaking. The condo had all that we were looking for - starting with a comfortable bed, which is not always the case in AirBnBs. When there were too many around the pool area, you could go back to your private deck and put on some noise-cancelling headphones. A positive surprise: at the pool, there is a bar where you can order endless... cocktails! The location is quiet after 10 PM, while being very close to the famous Fifth Avenue where all the tourist restaurants are, but you can also wander around it and find some interesting spots. There is also a big supermarket where you can find everything, including a $2,500 wine bottle !, at a 5-minute walk. If you want to be picky, the pool water (in December) was fresh but not cold + we never found a bread toaster.

After our previous Airbnb cancelling last minute, we thought we were out of options. Luckily, we found Andres’ penthouse. Plunge pool was so needed after a long day’s walk, every neighbor was pleasant, check-in was a breeze. Walkable from 5th, as well as some of the off the beaten path restaurants and bars that we prefer. I felt safe and welcomed, grocery shopping just across the street as well! We had such an amazing time, I would come back to this spot when returning to PDC.

This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! The location was absolutely unbeatable — just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views and the sound of waves lulling us to sleep each night. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. We especially loved the outdoor seating area for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Cecilia and Orane were incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended
