Place was great, decent sized apartment. Parking was rough especially in the evenings and on weekends but we made it work. It is on the main road in San Clemente which is nice for walking to Del Mar street but definitely meant it was loud at night. The middle bedroom was much quieter. All in all, we had a great time & we were thankful that we were able to extend our trip multiple days.

A gem of a location with wonderful sea views and so peaceful. Lauren is an amazing host. Very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spotless and comfortable, we felt at home right away. Oceanside is a great place too. We hired road bikes and cycled the local off road trails. Hopefully we shall be back!

Space was beautiful and Wendy was super helpful! We stay in Oceanside every February and I would certainly stay here again!

Excellent hosts who were proactive in making sure we (4 of us)had everything we needed during our 5 day stay to visit son's family ! Tony brought a welcome tray with variety of snacks & drinks, besides those in the refrig...so very thoughtful & grandaughters enjoyed many of the treats. Located in a very quiet, nice neighborhood within short walking distance to beach, park area and coffee shops. Daughter & 2 granddaughters stayed in bedroom with queen & bunk beds & I stayed in Master. All very comfortable! To note too: Nice remodel, lg bathroom shower with super water pressure- was nice after long day out & about. Everything we needed, super hosts & would highly recommend this location!

We spent 13 nights at Angela’s while visiting our daughter in PB. The apartment is very comfortable with a cute beach theme. Bed was comfortable and shower great. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Angela had excellent communication and rules and apartment use guidelines were very clear. The location was fantastic for walking to the ocean, great coffee, bakery and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Angela’s apartment and hope to stay again!

It was amazing, super close to beach and made everything feel at home.

I absolutely loved staying on the boardwalk. I knew what I was getting into - there are people running by the place and occasional noise at all hours but being right on the boardwalk is well worth it. Parking isn’t easy as the listing described but I had zero issue parking on Pacific Beach Drive just a couple blocks away any time I wanted. I look forward to calling Catherine’s spot my little beach getaway again!

Great location. Easy parking (sometimes it’s hard at a beach town to find parking…designated place was appreciated). Clean and cozy dwelling. Plenty of beach toys/amenities too. East communication with host on site. As a single gal I felt safe and comfortable. Will be back in a few months!

We had a wonderful stay at Matt’s place. Spacious, clean, outstanding location and communication was flawless. The toys and play area were a hit with our kids and made our stay even more memorable. We look forward to staying there again and highly recommended this place.

The Bee Hive was so cute. We had so much fun. We love Encinitas. We parked our full-size suv in the designated parking spot and didn’t use it the whole time we were there. We walked to the beach, we walked to get coffee in the mornings, we walked to shops and we even did d 2 different escape roomed on 2 different days. We can’t wait to go back!

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

Awesome place for our small family. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to downtown Oceanside with lots of shops and restaurants. Overall would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was excellent—so close to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants in both mission beach and pacific beach. We had 6 adults staying and didn’t feel cramped. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio. We had no problem parking a Honda civic and Kia sportage side by side. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful and sparkling clean house, plenty of space and right across the street from Terramar Point, a great surf break. We could see dolphins and seabirds from the large windows of the house. One night we ordered delivery and ate watching the sunset from the rooftop! Anthony and Amanda were so kind and helpful. Lots of great restaurants in Carlsbad. We especially enjoyed dinner one night at Campfire. Incredible food and service. Highly recommend!!

I stayed here for three weeks. It was wonderful. The place was neat and cozy. Walkable to restaurants, stores, museums, and, thrilling to this midwesterner, about a 90 second walk to the beach. Felt totally safe walking around at night. Communication with Rachel was great, and Pete who managed the property responded immediately and was full of helpful suggestions, from where to order pizza to where to get my car fixed. Really enjoyed my stay, and would love to return some day!

Place was nice and as pictured. Very clean and my family felt comfortable there. Host was responsive to text and answered timely. We would stay again.

Bart and Debra’s place was awesome! The place feels like you’re at a Disneyland hotel. The gardens are breathtaking, the pool was as good if not better than the beach itself. Restaurants are a one minute drive. The unit itself was super-clean and the parking is right next to the elevator which can be difficult in other units at this location. That was the BIG win for us. Would definitely return!

I've stayed at Sandra's condo at the beach several times. I love the peacefulness of the space. The colors are relaxing and the location is very quiet. The parking space in the parking garage is super close to the condo which is really helpful. And there's a great view of Oceanside Harbor from the patio. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. With lots of walking paths and easy access to the beach. The community is gated which gives a nice feel of safety. It's an easy walk to Mission Blvd where there are many shops and restaurants available. It's also an easy walk to the Harbor with many more restaurants, especially if you like seafood. I look forward to my next stay at Sandra's place!

Great apartment. The view was worth every penny. So beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely return.

My son and I loved our two nights at Dalma’s beach getaway. Everything was more than we could ask for, from our host’s friendliness, to the beautifully clean space, to the proximity to the beach and town. The beds were incredibly comfy and the common spaces were terrific. The space is even better than the photos. Dalma is a fantastic host. She answered my questions, welcomed us with a bottle of wine, and accommodated us with a late check out. Next time I visit my son in LA, we’ll take the train to Oceanside. The train is super convenient, but don’t worry, you can’t hear it at all. We’ll definitely book Dalma’s space again.

We loved being so close to the beach and so close to Carlsbad Village; once we parked our car we walked everywhere. So nice to have designated parking, too. The place was very nice, queen bed super comfortable. The pullout bed was not as comfortable, but after layering the sofa seat cushions on the 2nd night it was much better. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, bedding and towels were high quality. We would definitely choose this unit again. We found it remarkably quiet despite being so close to everything. The team at Sea Breeze is VERY responsive, but even with that we had a couple of questions that never got answered. That did not impact our enjoyment. We walked to State Street and had an amazing breakfast at Wildland followed by some good boutique shopping, then ice cream at Handels; a great rooftop dinner during happy hour at Fresco, and the rest of the time we stayed right on our deck or on the beach at Sea Breeze. Can’t wait to do it again!

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Great stay at Glenna's place on Mission Bay. It's a spacious apartment, incredibly well equipped. With kids there was everything. The Garage is perfect to not stress about parking. Walk right out onto the bay, walk two blocks and be on the oceanside. Good food and coffee locations, playground across the street. Strongly recommend.

Probably the best Airbnb my wife and I have ever stayed in. Amazing location with a spectacular view. Easy check in and when you walk through the door you are met with an incredible home with peaceful music and super clean living space. Only con was the elevator situation (only one working and takes a min to get to you) but meh no big deal. We never wanted to leave the Airbnb that’s how awesome it was. Great location as well and right next to the beach. Thanks for one awesome trip and home.
