A few minutes to the South of the Loft you will find yourself in the beautigul heart of Edna Valley wine country. Iconic Avila, Shell and Pismo Beaches are a mere 10 minutes away as well. This is a brand new 1 bedroom house attached to the back of the main house but with a completely separate entrance and is a fully separate unit, think duplex. It is located less than a mile from Cal Poly campus, less than 2 miles from downtown SLO, and is a short drive to local beaches. The deck is tucked next to a beautiful oak tree and is very private setting. Bishops Peak mountain is less than a mile away for a great hike and it also blocks a lot of wind for a warmer experience in SLO.
