Had a great time for a few days on our first visit to PR. It was so simple to get to the beach! We used the chairs provided and rented an umbrella for $15. Very easy to navigate with kids and felt safe - it was loud at night with cars blasting music so pack earplugs. Would def recommend!

Stayed here with my wife and 1 year old daughter and had a great time! The place is super cute, functional, and clean. We were surprised with how big the bedroom and bathroom were too! But the best part has to be the location. The beach at the end of the street is just beautiful. Seemed to be a more local beach that wasn't too crowded either. Will definitely stay again if we come back.

Tommy and Kayla's place was exactly what my husband and I needed. Our experience started off great, with clear instructions on where and how to check in. The guest house was clean, cozy, and offered more than we expected. The location was key—we were so grateful to be just a short walk from the beach. Every day, we took a quick stroll (just a few minutes) to the beach for a swim. I could easily walk back to the house if I forgot something, which was super convenient. There were also plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. During our stay, there was a power outage across the whole island for a day, but Tommy and Kayla handled it so well that we barely noticed. They kept us updated throughout, and the house was powered by a generator. The hosts were incredibly well-prepared, so we didn’t have to worry at all. They were also super responsive whenever we had questions. We would definitely come back the next time we visit San Juan!

What an amazing stay. I go to PR yearly and this is my second time on a solo trip to PR within the past 4 years. Easy check in. Great location. Easy to walk around or take one of the scooters to get almost anywhere nearby for food, drinks, beach. And close to all the bars for nightlife or a quick uber ride away into old San Juan. I would definitely book again. Very clean space and private.

We loved our stay here! It was our son’s first time traveling (age 6 months old) and he loved everything about the location and what Carolina/Puerto Rico had to offer! This location was conveniently located near restaurants, beaches and stores! We highly recommend!

Ich war mir meiner Familie 2 Wochen lang in diesen wunderschönen Unterkunft. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Fie Gastgeberinen sind sehr freundlich und haben auf fragen sehr schnell reargiert. Die Unterkunft hat viel Platz und es ist super ausgestattet. Die Strandstühle und sonnenschirm sind ein Highlight und wir haben sie ganz oft benutzt. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Für kleine Kinder und Babys gibt es sogar Spielzeuge. Wir konnten super Wäsche waschen und trocknen... wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt und das gemietete Auto konnten wir problemlos und sicher vor dem Haus parken. Wenn wir wieder nach San Juan reisen, werden wir wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

The apartment is very nice, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is perfect—just minutes from the airport and only a 1-minute walk to Isla Verde beach. With Uber, it’s easy to reach other beaches outside the city, as well as Old San Juan. The cleanliness wasn’t ideal due to an issue with the cleaning service, but Janisse responded promptly and professionally. Overall, an amazing place to stay for a long weekend!

Really enjoyed staying at this place!! The location is great, so many places to eat and drink, short walk everywhere such as to beach and grocery. The place was very spacious and we had a large group and didn’t feel crowded ever! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy activity and walking. We had a rental car and were very close to other beaches and areas and loved exploring all around San Juan! Uber is also extremely available and helps out a lot if you want to explore beyond Isla Verde!

Place was exactly as described! Alex and Diana were very responsive! It was such a plus they had a solar generator during the islands power outage. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again. 10/10

We were a group of 10, and finding a space that comfortably fit us all was a challenge. It came down to Francheska’s place and one other, but we chose this one for the pool and easy beach access. The host was incredibly accommodating from the start, even helping us find a private chef and recommending local spots. Check-in instructions were detailed, and the rooms looked exactly as pictured—beautifully renovated with great attention to guest comfort. The spacious rooms and bathrooms made our stay even better. The common area was perfect for gathering, and the stocked bar and fridge were a great touch at no extra cost. Security was excellent, with cameras at every entrance and safe access mechanisms. Ubers had no trouble picking us up. Being in a residential area, we tried to keep noise down, but some sound carries. The beach is much closer than expected—just a minute away! Restaurants, bakeries, Walgreens, and a supermarket are also within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Honestly one of the best host I ever had . She was super fast on responding . Very friendly . The house was such a beautiful home . My family and I went when there was a power outage and she accommodated us with no hesitation. Very understanding . Definitely a 10 out of 10 . Will definitely book again . Thank you 😊

Manuals place is a great place to stay. Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. In a way it’s just like the photos but in another it’s better. We were two females and found it really comfortable and felt safe walking around. 5-10mins walk to the nearest beach depending on how slow you walk. And a lovely 20-30mins walk along the beach to the main area of Isla Verde. Lots of restaurants nearby plus Supermax with was open 24/7. Having read the reviews we were prepared for water issues but the water seemed consistently hot enough during our 8 night stay. Kitchen was great and the washer drier were a dream We had a slight issue with the clogging of the shower drain but that could’ve been my hair. Manual and his cousin came almost straight away and were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend and thanks again for fixing my glasses!!

Really great location near museums, restaurants and bus stops. Lively home with high ceilings and a wonderful local ambiance.

Erick was great! The place was awesome and I’d definitely stay here again! It’s close to the beach and the space was exactly what we needed - it’s looks like the pictures and I highly recommend staying here - we’re planning to busy San Juan again and I’ll be staying with Erick for sure!

Marcos was an exceptional host. He was always available when I had questions, kind, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him as wonderful host.

My friends and I had the best time here! The pictures did not do this place justice, the view was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and they had everything we could have needed including beach chairs, towels, and all other important amenities. The staff of the building were also so kind. We can’t wait to come back!

Well-appointed, spacious 2 BR 2 BA condo in a high rise with direct access to the beach. Early check-in options available. Comfy beds, silence at night except for the lovely sound of crashing waves. Strong A/C and Wifi. Stunning views of the beach (there is no balcony). Walkable neighborhood, not too busy. Great swimming pool, open late. Small game room with tennis table and pool. Decent gym. A plumbing issue in the bathroom caused a mess and a 3-hour delay. This should have been caught beforehand. The host addressed the issue right away. Our cleaning lady was fantastic BTW. The beach area by the condo is beautiful but not good for wading; the seabed is mainly rocks, some sharp. For wading, you need to walk 5 minutes to the Parque Del Indio area. We lost power during 22 hours during an island-wide outage. Being on the 19th floor, it was quite stressful. Our host graciously sent a 1/2 day refund for our inconvenience. Kudos to our host, always responsive and informative.

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

We had a great stay! Condo was nice, just like the photos. It was perfect for a girls trip of 7. Great location for restaurants and lots of people walking at night so it felt safe. Could get a little busy at night but we didn’t mind it. The condo had everything you need- plenty of towels, bed covers, and loved the beach chairs. Also easy access to the beach which was great. AC was amazing and the beds were comfortable. The restrooms were nice and plenty of counter space for your products. The big mirrors were a hit, especially when you have a lot of people. Eric and his team were very responsive and nice, answered all our questions. Overall, was a wonderful stay. Thanks!

Spent an amazing beautiful 5 days vacation with my kids at Gerardo’s place and honestly I have 0 complaints . The view is beautiful the place is amazing and comfortable . 5 days wasn’t enough and let’s not forget about the beautiful balcony views , had breakfast on the balcony with my family ! We loved it and definitely intend on going back whenever we visit back San Juan . Also has a personal parking spot for our rental car right outside the building . Couldn’t ask for anything more perfect especially with the area it is located in with plenty of shopping spaces restaurant and anything else you will need . Highly recommended!

Overall, I had a great stay. Guillermo’s communication is top notch. This was my second time booking as the first time I experienced a medical emergency at the airport and wasn’t able to complete my trip. Guillermo responded graciously, so I didn’t hesitate to rebook. The location is prime! I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe walking back to the condo at night. I loved hearing and seeing a little glimpse of the ocean from my room. I’m big on cleanliness and the place was very clean. It’s a touristy area—soo many restaurants and there’s a small grocery store (Eros) at the end of the street. Check out Anita’s Gelato! A few things to note, the place is small. It’s in the listing but I don’t think I realized it until I arrived and my stay was for 2+ weeks. Low water pressure in the shower (island things) and the water could have been a little hotter. Loved having the beach towels and chairs! Thanks for being a great host, Guillermo!!

Place was located just the right distance from old San Juan and the nearby beach. Building is very secure and has a 24x7 staffed front desk and underground parking. Apartment has a great view of the ocean. Immaculately clean and comfortable!
