This is a great place to stay: had we planned better or longer, we would stay for a week, even a month. The premises are well maintained, furnished, and spotless. There is ample room to enjoy oneself and others The hosts are simply the best we have encountered. We feel blessed and grateful to have met them, and they deserve a 6/5.

Casa cómoda y tranquila a pocos minutos del centro de Sevilla.

Meine Partnerin und ich hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Sevilla. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und zweistöckig. Die Architektur sowie Einrichtung des Apartments waren äußerst authentisch und haben uns sehr gefallen. Es ist das, was Airbnb ausmacht! Das Apartment ist in der nördlichen Altstadt in ruhiger Lage in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Es gibt viele kleine Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Gastgeber war sehr einfach und schnell! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Super maison avec sa piscine et l'espace extérieur. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et leur espace privé. L'emplacement est bien pour visiter Séville, mais il faut prendre la voiture (10 minutes) pour aller à la première station de métro. Parking gratuit au centre commercial Metromar qui permet aussi de faire ses courses facilement. L'hôte a été aux petits soins pour nous et a pris de nos nouvelles lors de la grande coupure de courant de toute l'Espagne, pour s'assurer qu'on n'avait pas de problème. Si je retourne un jour à Séville je retournerai dans la Villa Romana.

Wij hebben, met 2 kinderen, een perfect 3 nachten verblijf gehad in dit huis. Veel ruimte zowel binnen als buiten. Lekker bbq-en en lang tafelen. Bedankt Juan Antonio!

Estuvimos muy cómodos. La ubicacion es muy buena y es un barrio tranquilo con zonas para poder pasear con nuestro perro

Ana Maria is very kind, warm and caring host. The house has a lot of character and very comfortable. Although it's clear that the place is a work in progress, it was perfect for us and was a very relaxing stay especially after the busy 3 weeks of traveling around Andalucía. It's proximity to the airport made early departure easy. The property is quiet and it was a true delight to watch the peacocks! The kitchen is well equipped and Ana Maria provided tons of supplies for breakfast and snack. The delucious home made egg and potatoe tortilla and eggs from her chickens were a wonderful surprise when we arrived. The wonderful wine tasting with the homemade pate and the local cheese was so much appreciated, especially given the what the family was going through at the time. Thank you for very much Ana Maria for your kindness and hospitality!

todo mejor de lo que esperábamos, una casa amplia, limpia y mejor incluso que en fotos. Sin problemas para comunicarnos con los anfitriones, con instrucciones claras para entrar y salir. La casa muy equipada y el sitio perfecto. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias!

Nous avons apprécié le standing élevé ce bel appartement atypique sur 6 niveaux. La literie est très confortable et aucun détail n'a été laissé au hasard (température, éclairage, échantillons de gel douche, shampoing, après-shampoing et crème de corps rituals dans toutes les salles de bains, etc). La rue n'est pas très passante, aucune nuisance sonore. L'appartement propose des espaces extérieurs (patio et terrasse) bien agréables. Un supermarché se situe à deux pas de l'appartement, ce qui est très pratique. Le quartier est tranquille, peu touristique, plusieurs bars à tapas non loin où reigne une belle ambiance festive. La ville est atteignable à pied sans problème. Si toutefois le taxi est préféré, le trajet ne coûte que peu.

A experiência foi fantástica! Obrigado Maria por toda a ajuda e constante comunicação. Muito prestável e atenciosa. No fundo reúne tudo aquilo que uma reserva de Airbnb deve ser. Um exemplo a seguir por outros proprietários.

El alojamiento cumple totalmente con las espectativas. Es súper cómodo y bonito. Muy bien decorado, los muebeles son de primera calidad, modernos. Hemos estado muy cómodos. Cada vez que vayamos a Sevilla lo tendremos muy en cuenta ya que por ubicación y prestaciones es perfecto. Aparte, Isabel es una anfitriona muy amable, educada y atenta. Fue muy fácil comunicarse con ella.

Un endroit parfait pour un séjour en famille. Un hôte disponible, à l’écoute. La maison est très bien équipée et entretenue et les extérieurs sont hyper agréable. L’aéroport et le centre de Séville sont accessibles en voiture. Une adresse à retenir!

Très belle maison avec toutes les commodités, spacieuse, très bien équipée, quartier paisible, métro à 10mn à pied. Merci Marta pour la mise à disposition des fournitures essentielles (épices, savon, équipements de maison...)

We had a great stay in beautiful Seville. With a young family, we liked that it was a gated community and also right by the river. It is a lovely walk into the city along the river (although the walk to the main sights of Seville was a bit far with young children). Luckily, there was a bus stop right outside with direct buses to all the main areas so it wasn't a problem for us. Inside, the apartment is even nicer than it looks in the pictures and much bigger than expected. Pedro was helpful, responsive and flexible. Definitely recommend for a trip to Seville (which is a wonderful city).

Alles super entspannt und eine schöne Unterkunft. Der pool und die Terrasse sind sehr groß und schön. alles ist gut gehaltenund man fühlt sich wie zu hause. Sie hat uns sogar ein vergessenen Beute per post nach geschickt und den Versand gezahlt. sehr nett!

Die Unterkunft von Ana ist unfassbar zentral gelegen, man ist in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum Sevillas und doch hat man seine Ruhe in der charmanten Unterkunft. Perfekt für einen gelungenen Städtetrip! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

appartamento incantevole in una zona molto tranquilla a 8 km da Siviglia. Pulito e in ordine. Posto auto coperto all'interno dell'edificio . Tutto ok tranne qualche problema di comunicazione sull'orario del check in a cavallo tra la mezzanotte e la una che normalmente io scrivo in 01.00 ma inteso dall host come 13.00. Purtroppo la cassetta delle chiavi (ho scelto proprio per l orario il self check in) all arrivo era vuota. Apriamo una altra cassetta (con lo stesso codice!!) ma le chiavi ovviamente non erano del nostro appartamento. La host ha risposto subito ed è arrivata in pochi minuti a darci le chiavi corrette ma diciamo che non è stato piacevole per niente. José comunque è disponibile manca solo un pò di precisione e organizzazione nella gestione. Dimenticato questi problemi iniziali la vacanza poi è andata super bene e anche il vino rosato di benvenuto è stato molto apprezzato.

logement propre et parfait pour profiter de Séville. Le centre ville est facilement accessible en bus avec les lignes 37 et 1 qui sont à 5 mn à pied. Jorge a été extrêmement disponible et aimable tout était parfait. je recommande. Le tarif est un petit peu élevé tout de même pour la prestation.

A lovely interior designed apartment with great outdoor space and comfortable bed an easy 12 minute drive to the centre of Seville from the house and some great long rural dog walks a short drive away. Just be aware no oven in the kitchen but plenty of delivery options if you don’t fancy going out to eat. would stay again

Perfectly located attic apartment. The terrace is the standout aspect of this place. Plenty of bars and cafes nearby. Close to all tourist sites. But peaceful at night too. Could do with being stocked with a few kitchen basics (e.g. coffee pods for the coffee machine, washing up liquid). But otherwise everything was spot on.

Tutto perfetto. Punto forte e’ stato la doppio terrazzino sui tetti di Siviglia. Posto ideale per rilassarsi e prendere un po’ di sole. Host molto gentile e reattivo. Posizione ideale per visitare Siviglia e che è una bomboniera.

Très agréable appartement, spacieux, bien équipé, literie ultra confortable, très bien placé pour visiter Séville. Très belle terasse
