The San Juan house was amazing. It madew a great home base for Silverton mountain and was a great place to spend our evenings. The front porch is a great place to relax with a drink and take in the beautiful surroundings after a long day on the mountain. Many restaurants and bars in town are a quick walk from the house.

We had a great stay. It was very cozy and a great location - chair 7 is a 5 minute walk. Very walkable to town as well. Great bedrooms and very clean. Hot tub was great. The dishwasher broke while we were staying but Avantstay had someone fix it within a day. The grocery store also couldn’t be more convenient, just to the back of the building. Very minor but there was a lack of hooks to hang jackets/towels, so that is one suggestion for them to add. WiFi and internet worked great for video calls. Would definitely stay again!

The house was great! It was very cute and close to spots in town that we wanted to go to. It was larger than we expected, which was awesome! The stairs were quite creaky, which made for loud mornings, but that is to be expected with an old house. We had an issue with the coffee pot and Angela was very responsive. I would definitely recommend the house!

Our stay in Mountain Village & This place was nothing short of amazing! The home was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breathtaking mountain views from the balcony were the highlight of our mornings, and the cozy fireplace made for the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the gondola, making it easy to access both Mountain Village and Telluride. We loved being able to ski in/ski out so conveniently! The host was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations for dining and activities in the area. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch amenities and stunning scenery, this is the place to be! We can't wait to come back.

I can’t say enough good things about this rental! This was the most unique and beautiful location in a tiny mountain village with incredibly stunning views in every direction as soon as you step out the door. Sitting in the hot tub surrounded by snow covered mountains felt like a dream, and we really did feel like we were in a fairy tail setting. The town of Telluride and the ski resort are a short, easy drive, but you could honestly never leave the property and have the best vacation ever. On top of that, Peter & Wendy were the most gracious and accommodating hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They are the truly precious people and it was clear they genuinely wanted to make sure we were comfortable and got to make the most out of our vacation. We will definitely be back!

Great location with an easy walk to Lift 7 on the west end of town. Aimee was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the Milton Brown soaps and lotion! Having a garage was key into leaving our car and not worrying about it while in town since everything is walkable. Would definitely stay again!

We spent a few days in Robert's place, and it was wonderful. It was well decorated and clean. The picture window with seat was the perfect spot to read a book while watching the snow fall. It was stocked with everything you could need - including spices, coffee, cooking spray and more. The entry had tons of hooks for jackets and hats which helped keep everything organized. The location was perfect! It was within walking distance to everything, and the garage was wonderful for keeping your car free from snow. Having a dedicated ski locker downstairs was super helpful to not have to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs. Aside from having to walk 3 flights of stairs (if that is a problem for you), it is the perfect place to stay for a ski getaway inTelluride!

Excellent location, literally at the base of the mountain. Place had everything I needed, very comfortable. Laurel did a great job communicating. For some reason Apple Maps wouldn’t take me to the Carhenge lot - not Laurels issue but just note this.

Amazing location, great hosts, very comfortable mattresses (on bed AND pullout), comfy sheets and towels, and really good kitchen gear. Views, views, views! Walk to gondola & chairlift! View of Town park stage! Walk to restaurants and shops. Highly, highly recommend!

Great location and easy to find. Easy parking and walkable to downtown. Comfortable bed and clean space. Would stay again at Andrew's place when I come to visit.

The condo in Telluride was great. Right at base of lift 7, close walk to great shops/restaurants in Telluride. Jason was super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend.

It was an excellent experience! I had no issues or complaints. The place was stunningly beautiful and wonderfully quiet I would definitely book again.

Ben’s property was perfect for my reunion girls trip, it had everything that we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable, it was clean, safe, and Ben was one of the most responsive and helpful host I have had! The only difficult part of the stay was the location as it was amazing however, without Ubers, it can be tricky to access town late at night since the condo was not technically “in town”. Besides this, it was accessible, had a great view, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Thankfully for a dog friendly stay in the heart of telluride at an affordable price.

Condo was conveniently located with easy parking. The ski lockers were super helpful. The pull out bed had a memory foam topper that made it very comfy. Bathroom was good size for 4 people. Kitchen was well stocked.
