We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely, spacious home with high-quality bedding and a great location near the clubhouse. Only downside was the low shower pressure, but overall a comfortable stay.

She was very kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us to bring our pets without any additional charge—as long as we acted as responsible pet owners, which we truly appreciated. She welcomed us with a warm smile and was always quick to respond to any of our questions. The space was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. host was very easy to communicate with. every question i have, he was able to answer it quickly. the place is also very easy to find. me and my son walked at night to find food and i can say the area feels safe. there are a lot of stores where you can buy food and necessities. i can say this is seomthing that we can go back to and is recommended. until next time sir.

The unit at BES Bldng can actually be compared to condo units in other prime condominiums and them accommodating us set the standadard high, they have quality service too. Enjoyed staying at their unit.

We loved Dan’s place! We’re a family with 4 kids — a teen, a pre-teen, our ASD son, and a baby — and it worked great for all of us. The layout is simple and easy to move around, which we really liked. Super comfy, clean, and has that hotel feel. Everything was working fine and well taken care of. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Pico!

Ok listen — I’m not really the type to leave a review but this one is just too good not to leave a positive one. Mulling if I should even so I can gatekeep, but never mind that. Place was comfortable, accessible to the main road and had a host where when I needed something, they’d provide ASAP. Really going beyond great customer service which I appreciate a lot. Planning my next batangas trip and I’m already set on booking this listing again. Also, I would like to note that the listing was affordable so I didn’t expect much, but I was surprised that it was nicer than the ones in Ta gaytay and for less. Definitely, definitely coming back, and this isn’t just for the sake of a review, but because this airbnb is actually worth it. Thanks Maria & your whole team for being an amazing host!

Our quick decision to extend our trip to Tagaytay after a stay in Liliw turned out to be a fantastic one, thanks to Bethel Home Rentals at Hotel Casiana! Booking was smooth and stress-free, which was a welcome change after some hiccups at our previous accommodation. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. While we didn't have the chance to fully utilize the available cookware, it was a nice amenity to know was there. The bathroom was also good sized. The pool was true to the listing, wonderfully heated. We enjoyed a relaxing dip in the evening without having to brave the Tagaytay chill. We also appreciated the straightforward pool rules – no unnecessary hoops to jump through, just common sense. Overall, Bethel Home Rentals, was a breath of fresh air. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and easy overnight stay.

We love the place and we will keep on coming back. Host and staff are approachable and kind. The unit is clean and has everything you need.

I've stayed in a lot of units in Pico, and this one by far has the best balcony! Breezy and cool, even in March at 12 noon. It's a bit above the level of the trees, so you see and hear the birds chirping away. Definitely the best way to spend a lazy weekend. If you prefer to be indoors, the master's bedroom has an equally breathtaking view as well! Baron is a great host, responds within minutes. He is hands on and was quick to address a problem that arose. Would definitely book his place again.

Melissa’s place was perfect for my family..not too big, not too small. The location was very easy to find. She was very responsive. She told me all the things I need to do, how to get to the place, etc. without me asking. Her caretaker were very helpful too. I would definitely go back to her place again. Best place for a staycation with very nice view. 👍elevators are working (unlike the other towers 😬). there are supermarkets nearby, convenient stores, laundry, restaurants, gelato hehe.. everything is working fine, never had an issue. nice couch for movie marathon; bed... not that soft 😅 equipment and utensils we need for cooking and eating were mostly available. responsive host 👍complete instruction was given prior to check-in The unit is neat and clean. However, the shower needs more attention- mold buildup. Also, being close to the main road, you can hear loud vehicles passing by at night. overall, nice weather, nice view, nice unit, nice everything :)

Beth’s place is quaint, comfortable, and cozy enough for a party of 4 persons. Although, maybe someone who has a hard time walking or bending then standing up, like grandparents for example, will not be as comfortable sleeping either at the loft because of the steep stairs, or at the sofa bed in the living room because it’s too low. Other than that, it’s a great place for staycation. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook your own food. There’s a smart tv in the living room to binge watch your favorite series. There’s internet speed is great in case you brought your work with you. As mentioned, there’s a loft for a separate sleeping area. The bathroom is clean, with complimentary shower, conditioner, and hand soap which you can use if you did not bring your own. Bath towels are also provided which is a plus because these usually take up so much space in the luggage if you bring them for your trip. The hosts are very responsive too. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marlon's condominium! The unit was spotless and beautifully maintaine, the clean, modern aesthetic immediately caught our eye and made us feel right at home. It’s clearly been thoughtfully designed, both stylish and cozy. As a couple traveling with a pet, we were so pleased to find the unit pet-friendly. It made our stay stress-free and complete. One of the best parts was sipping coffee on the balcony while enjoying the breathtaking mountain views, absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The concierge and security team were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed. Marlon’s place is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing, picturesque escape. Highly recommended
