This house is in a great location. There are great views of the town, marina, bay, and mountains. The neighborhood (Pedregal) is beautiful and charming, with excellent security. It is a modest walk to the downtown/Marina area (with many restaurants). It's a bit of a hike to get to the beach, but the Pedregal beach is wonderful (no swimming though). We also were able to hike from the house to Lover's Beach/Divorce Beach (must climb over some rocks), and to Mt. Solmar (great views!). The space itself is very nice. We liked the modern hacienda style. It is a separate floor of a larger "villa", with good privacy. The kitchen is nice and well equipped (with dish washer), the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and attractive. The living area in comfortable (though not large). The terrace is very large and well furnished (I only wish it had more shade). There is a washer/dryer. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was just as described – clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated with plenty of amenities. The views were stunning and the location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. I really appreciated the little touches and having a cafe in the community for a bite to eat without having to cook yourself was amazing! Also, having access to not only a private pool, but the community pools was fantastic. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a cozy, convenient, and hassle-free stay. I’ll definitely be returning if I’m in the area again!

Casa Natalia was a fantastic stay! The home is new, impeccably clean, and nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. Our hosts, Patricia and Ana, were incredibly responsive and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They even recommended an amazing chef, which was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend.

Bob was an excellent host! The location is great, the space lovely, private, and comfortable. Will def stay again.

My family and I had a great stay at Casa Geminis. We felt very comfortable the entire stay, with all of the amenities and comforts that we were looking for in a relaxing and safe home. The neighborhood has all of the amenities that you would need, with Walmart just a few blocks down. We really appreciated the amenities for our 8 month old that were provided. It really made the trip that much easier. Our 4 year old enjoyed the pool and playing outside around the house. The location is very convenient. It is close to downtown, near a handful of grocery stores, and a 10 minute drive to some great beaches. We had a great stay and would recommend this location to others.

Had an amazing time at dael’s place… the place us super close to all the good restaurants and clubs and walmart whatever it is… super close to beach as well the house inside was super clean… just the bbq area was dusty as no one has used it in quite a while… the pool was good as well water temperature was good less clorine as well… but the pool is combined with the diving school so they might have classes there sometimes… wasnt a problem for us as it was a slow season.. i am not sure about the busy season… but dael was responsive there was someone to answer our questions all the time overall had a fun time.. thanks to dael and the rest of the staff.

We loved staying as Casa Shona! The welcome pack was very thoughtful, the amenities were great, the outdoor area was beautiful. Seoniad was very helpful and responsive and even went to the property to check if we had left something there after check out. Highly recommend staying here!

Mariel’s place was perfect in every way. It was even better than the photos described. It was. Dry. Lean inside with all dishes and kitchen items you would need as well as a stunning courtyard that had a pool (with plenty of shaded areas if you don’t want to be in the full sun). The location was perfect and walkable to anywhere downtown Cabo (5 minutes to the main tourist sections). I would definitely stay here next time I visit Cabo.

Me encantó mi estancia en este Airbnb. El departamento de dos pisos es precioso, decorado con muy buen gusto y lleno de detalles que lo hacen súper acogedor. Está ubicado en una zona muy bonita y tranquila, ideal para descansar. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y bien cuidado con lo necesario para la estancia. La alberca super limpia y excelente vista. Sin duda volvería.

Una vera oasi in una città che sicuramente sta diventando molto caotica. Il patio è pieno di piante e fiori con un ampio parcheggio e una zona relax deliziosa. Un gatto simpaticissimo fa gli onori di casa. Lo studio è perfetto per un soggiorno più che confortevole, completo di tutto, molto ben arredato e con oggetti di utilizzo personale (il bagno conteneva di tutto e di più) e per fare un caffè o preparare qualcosa da mangiare. La comunicazione ci Genesis è facilissima e molto chiara, senza contare che ci ha permesso di effettuare il check in anticipato, e ci ha tenuto in custodia i bagagli oltre all’ora del check out. Grazie di tutto e speriamo di tornare presto

La estancia en el departamento fue muy buena, es mejor que lo que se ve en las fotografías todo muy limpio, camas muy cómodas, hay juegos de mesa y nos encantó la terraza aparte de bonita y agradable es privada.

El alojamiento muy cómodo y privado con todo lo necesario para cocinar. La ducha la disfruté mucho porque siempre hubo agua caliente y buena presión. El único detalle es que es un poco ruidoso si vas por trabajo. Claro que se me informó y yo estuve de acuerdo.

Incredible place. Location was a 15 minute walk from downtown. Condo was incredibly clean and well maintained, communication was always within minutes. Teresa was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again :)

Abir's place was above and beyond our expectations. We felt right at home. We had the pool almost all to ourselves a few feet from the patio. Loved having a washer and dryer at our disposal. The condo and resort were beautiful and staff was very accommodating.

This is my third time staying at these condos, and I never regret it. It's beautiful! The views are absolutely stunning, you can see the majestic rocks of Los Cabos right from the living room. The tennis court and beach access are a huge bonus and one of the many reasons I keep coming back. Costco and a large grocery store are just a five-minute walk away, and the airport is only about 30–40 minutes from here. I will definitely be returning to this place. Plus, they have all the amenities you need to cook and feel right at home.

100% would stay again. Everywhere in Cabo has its pros and cons. This one is the best of all worlds. Only con is there’s no infinity pool hah. But I’d take a 2 br suite any day. If you try to get a crappy hotel room, you’d still have to sit through the timeshare bs. Was bringing a friend (her first time) so we had plenty of beach / exploration time anyways. And it’s 2 blocks away from my fav beach breakfast place at cascadas. $5 Ubers were great.

This is literally the best place to stay in Cabo! You have access to a lot of things in this community of hotels and condos. Pools and jacuzzis and bars and restaurants everywhere. And next to the beaches as well. Very comfortable and clean place. The surround sounds was amazing! Connects through out the whole condo. And most importantly, The best hosts ever! Always helpful and responds quickly. Anything we needed, they were there to help. Thanks Karen and Tasha for our wonderful stay. Will be back again!

Great host, Responsive and helpful. Place is central to various beaches and downtown (anything is within 10-15 min drive). We had our own car so this worked. Place was clean.

Our stay was great, the locations is walking distant to the beach and had a beautiful view and pool. We were traveling for a wedding at the Cape hotel and our stay was just as great and significantly more affordable. The space had everything we needed and we slept comfortably each night. Highly recommend this place for your travels to Cabo.

What a beautiful villa that absolutely exceeded our expectations! Very walkable location to restaurants and the beach while still being in a safe, gated area where we felt right at home. The villa felt very upscale while still comfortable and had all the amenities we could ever ask for! Pam was by far the kindest and most communicative Air bnb host I’ve ever interacted with and gave excellent recommendations on the area. She recommended Elfer for in home massages, which was easy to schedule and so relaxing! Honestly couldn’t find one negative thing to say about this property and we had such an amazing stay. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to San Jose Del Cabo!
