Roman was the best host I’ve ever had. He was extremely responsive, always helped, and treated me so well throughout the whole summer. Roman would always immediately respond and always addressed any questions or concerns I had. This place itself was just as described- extremely clean and way more spacious than the pictures may show. During the summer, it gets pretty hot as the AC is mainly in the bedroom, but if you turn the fan on, it should be fine. All the appliances work very well and the bed+couches are super comfy! Would 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Nila and Alexey are perfect hosts! We loved the unit we stayed in, U1. Attention to detail is incredible, the place is pristine. The bed is very comfortable and the bedding/linens are high quality. We enjoyed the breakfast and the welcome bottle of wine. It was lovely to come back to such a cozy home after exploring Yosemite. We will definitely try to stay there again on our next visit.

We had reserved almost 3 weeks out for a short stay and was impressed with the easy reservation, clear instructions, smooth check-in/check-out process, and came to a very immaculate place. It was exactly as described, everything worked well, and the place gave off such an incredible homey feel. The office was very welcoming and helpful. We were even sent a text a few hours ahead to informed us that their maintenence person called in sick, therefore they would not have anyone at a certain designated time and provided action steps should it be needed. Luckily there was nothing needed, but the proactive communication was very considerate and appreciated! Thank you for a very smooth and flexible experience! We will definitely be back!

Great house. A little far from Monterey (about 42 minutes) but we had a great time none the less. Big home, room for lots of people, extra bedding and blankets and the kids loved the outside area. The fire pit was relaxing and enjoyable and having the washer and dryer was nice. Charles was very responsive and we appreciated the hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Beverly’s place! It was clean and she had everything labeled and organized making it so easy. Great location- quiet and secluded but close to the town and easy drive to the park. We would definitely stay again!

Place was set up great and convenient.

Very good apartment with more than enough space for 2 people. The location is great and train / bus etc. is all in walkable distance. Silang was fast to answer our questions and was able to help with problems in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend the apartment and silang as a host and would gladly book it again if I come around again!

Thank you for hosting us. It’s a beautiful house with gorgeous views. Clean and sophisticated, a very modern house. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely will stay again sometime when we come down to Carmel.

My family and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Justin's place, enjoying his beautiful decorated tree, thoughtful gifts, and delicious cake from a well known bakery and the stunning views of the mountains and city lights, including a firework show from the city. Justin‘s house is just big enough that we all have our own personal space but cozy enough that as a family we were all together.

For my 1st time booking with air bnb.. i can say i was truly impressed! I would definitely book again. It was spotless.. from the rooms, living room kitchen everywhere super ! I had access to all amenties.. beautiful neighborhood! There was not anything i needed extra. Mr. Henry also was 100% communicative through the entire experience & even after when i left belongings. I would recommend this home to everyone & if I visit Sacramento, I know where to stay again!!! :)

This charming house is appointed with period-specific decor but is also comfortable and relaxing. We loved experiencing a Victorian-era home! So happy the hosts share their gem.

We spent several nights in David’s condo, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had kind and timely communication with David even before our arrival, and the condo itself was just perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is in a very peaceful, private area and closer to the water than expected. Breathing the ocean air and the sound of waves is so healing. I watched humpback whales breach and dolphins feeding, it was very pleasant to have pelicans flying right past as well. The sunsets were beautiful and it was such excellent viewing at any time of day with 2 deck levels to choose from. You can view the coast from Santa Cruz all the way down to Monterey! The condo is tastefully decorated and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable with cozy quilts and pillows. There are comfy throws for your lap and many other homey touches. The condo has so many dishes and pots and pans it’s easy to cook a meal. I can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you David!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. This was our second stay at Seascape. It's a beautiful, relaxing property. The unit is comfortable and very well-appointed. Even the sofa bed and wall bed are really comfy. The view is lovely. The location of this unit makes it pretty easy to get belongings to and from the parking lot. Owners are friendly and professional, with great communication.

We will be back! Absolutely gorgeous! The only thing we were unaware of is the $200 fee to use the bonfire pits. It’s one of the reasons we wanted to stay and unfortunately we didn’t want to spend the money on it after thinking it came with the hotel stay. Pools were great! Very accommodating and friendly staff!

Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

Perfect location, I will book again in the future

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!
