An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

E' situato in campagna, in un luogo panoramico e tranquillo, fuori dal centro abitato, con parcheggio privato e ampio giardino. Dispone di uno spazio esterno privato e un altro con un grosso tavolo di legno sotto due alberi di amarene(in condivisione).La posizione è facilmente accessibile con un'auto abbastanza alta, nonostante la discesa ripida. A soli 6 km da Scario, paese di mare, l'appartamento gode di un clima più fresco grazie alla posizione in collina.
