Comfortable apartment for 4 adults and 2 babies under 12yo, in San Gimignano countryside, in a resort/farmhouse. Here in Montegonfoli you can spend a vacation in absolute relax, in an enchanted natural context, far from the noise but at the same time very close to the most beautiful attractions of the world. First floor with amazing views on San Gimignano and Chianti Hills. No aircon, but every bedroom has a large fan for the few hot nights we are getting in July/August. We usually have 15°C!

Bosco dell'Iris Nero

L'alloggio si trova presso un podere di campagna, a 5 minuti in auto dal centro di Volterra. Superata Porta Diana, si percorre un breve tratto della strada Comunale di S. Margherita fino all'accesso di una strada bianca, l'indicazione Bosco dell'Iris Nero vi conduce, lungo un percorso di 900 metri, alla locazione. Qui vi sono castagni, ulivi, fiori e la piacevole vista della valle. Si possono incontrare caprioli, istrici e cinghiali. Il cuculo, l'upupa, il picchio abitano il bosco circostante.

You will be staying in an apartment suitable for travelers from all over the world. Located in a strategic position just below the walls, it is just a few meters away from one of the major points of interest in the city (Porta all'arco) and about 400 meters from Piazza dei Priori. You will also find 3 supermarkets nearby. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, with the sea visible on the horizon, which is approximately 50 km away from Volterra.

Uffizi Gallery apartment -Nicchio

The apartment is at the second floor WITHOUT lift (35 stairs). It is at 200 m of Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, at 100 m from the Uffizi Gallery.... FREE WI-FI, air condition in the bedrooms and washmachine, wash dishes, hair dry.... if you need more than one apartment in the same area ask me! I will send you the link of the 2nd apartment in the same building! PARKING AGREEMENT at 5 minutes from the apartment.

Vivace come il piccolo Lapo Al piano terra, un po' nascosta e forse più piccolina ma per questo unica, dedicata al piccolo Lapo, il bambino di Stefania. Lo scorcio sulle panchine di fine 800 della nostra piazzetta. Il profumo del gelsomino che avvolge la sua finestra. Perfetta per spiriti liberi che amano viaggiare e vivere l’autentico in ogni luogo.

Al loro interno è presente TV LCD 32 pollici e Wi-fi gratuito. Tutti i letti montano reti ortopediche a doghe di legno e materassi a molle insacchettate indipendenti con rivestimento sfoderabile antiacaro per il massimo confort. Ogni camera ha un bagno con doccia esclusiva ed è dotato di asciugacapelli.

Situata al terzo piano, la matrimoniale di oltre 30 mq offre un letto a baldacchino in ferro di 160 cm, area relax, scrivania e armadio. Il bagno, di circa 4,5 mq, include wc, bidet, lavabo e piccola vasca sotto il lucernario. La stanza ha l'utilizzo esclusivo della terrazza a tetto della torre.
