Het huis is geweldig, rustig gelegen, op ideale afstand voor het ontdekken van het mooie Toscane, tip : San Gimignano is top!! Chianti route is zalig!! Firenze veel te druk... Angela is super, hartelijk ontvangen, geeft tips voor restaurants in de buurt en altijd bereikbaar, top gastvrouw!!

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende in der Wohnung von Agnese verbracht. Alles war bestens. Sauber, ordentlich. Schön. Die Kommunikation mit Agnese war sehr unkompliziert und sie war jederzeit bei kurzfristigen Fragen erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Facile d'accès via un bus du centre de Florence (bien regarder les horaires du dernier bus si retour tardif prévu). Logement juste à côté du terminus. Chambre à l'étage, canapé-lit dans le salon, salle de bain fonctionnelle et cuisine équipée pour cuisiner (four, casseroles, épices) Cadre agréable hors de la ville et loin du tourisme, balade possible

logement très paisible dans un très bel environnement. Idéal pour découvrir Florence ( accessible facilement en bus) et la Toscane environnante.

Staying at Flora's was nothing short of magical! We spent a week at Flora's with our kids (3.5 and 6.5) during April and had a lovely time. The unit is comfortable, well kept and cosy. The surroundings are quiet and picturesque. The location makes it easy to travel around northern Tuscany in a rental car, and you can also park at the town nearby (2 mins drive) and take the bus to Florence (which takes about 30 minutes). Flora herself is a kind and attentive host and made us feel so welcome. Our kids loved playing with Goofy the dog and watching the chickens from across the fence. The fresh eggs, olive oil, cookies and sweet wine were a nice and welcoming touch. We feel lucky to have had the opportunity to say at Flora's and would wholeheartedly recommend it!

If you want a peaceful, Tuscan stay with panoramic picturesque views, then this is your place! We were welcomed with homemade cakes, bread, and wine! After a long day of travel this perk was so appreciated. Our stay was perfect! After a long day of walking and driving to either Lucca, San Giminagno, Chianti Classico or Florence the hot tub relaxed our achy legs. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We loved this home so much that we hope to return with our families in the future! This home made our visit to Italy PERFECTO!

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Martina und ihre Familie sind sehr sympathisch, sie sind zurückhaltend wenn sie denken, man will seine Ruhe, ansonsten sehr offen, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben mit Martina eine Führung durch den Olivenhain gemacht, auch diese war sehr schön und interessant. Die Unterkunft ist bezaubernd, sehr ruhig, aber gut erreichbar, und die Wanderungen in der Umgebung waren sehr schön. Insgesamt hätte es nicht schöner sein können - und das, obwohl das Wetter nicht das beste war.

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

We were a group of four guys and the place was being our expectations. The swimming pool gave us a great refreshment, cozy rings felt just right to take a rest. Backyard was also nice and private. It was a bit tricky to find the place, yet we didn’t have a trouble finding and entering it. Would love to come back again.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in den Hpgel der Toskana. Ein wenig abgelegen aber wir haben das geschätzt. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung mit wircklich sehr gutem Essen und absolut guten Preise. Unterkunft mit grossem Garten, Pool, Klima und Heizung. Gepflegt und sauber. Hühner deren Eier wir holen durften. Magena wahr stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Viele Weingüter in der Umgebung wo mann essen und trinken kann. Wir kommen wieder. Danke Magena und Eduardo

Io la mia compagna e i nostri due cani abbiamo pernottato solo due giorni dal 31 dicembre al 2 gennaio nell "Appartamento verde"; L'appartamento era molto pulito e ben fornito sotto ogni punto di vista ( cucina, bagno e camera) gli spazi ci sono tranquillamente per trascorrerci una lunga vacanza. Siamo della zona di firenze, e ritrovarsi in mezzo a tutto quel verde vicinissimi al centro e a tutti i servizi non ci sembrava vero. Tutto l'agriturismo é curatissimo e si può godere in relax il soggiorno, essendo molto tranquillo. Purtroppo soggiornando in inverno non abbiamo potuto godere della piscina esterna molto grande, ma si vede che é ben tenuta. Sicuramente ci torneremo per staccare dalla routine verso la stagione piu calda. Straconsigliato per chi vuole visitare firenze e dintorni e trascorrere una lunga vacanza.

Our days at Podere di Montecchio were wonderful! The accommodation was super fresh and the pool together with the view was a dream. Paola and Luigi were very kind, helpful and made several recommendations about activities nearby to make our trip as good as possible. We will definitely go back and I can recommend everyone to visit Podere di Montecchio at some point. Thank you for an amazing week!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Absolutes Highlight ist der Garten, der einfach idyllisch und riesengroß ist und einen sehr schönen Poolbereich hat. Gianni und Ilaria sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich!

El alojamiento superaba las fotos, es más amplio y bonito de lo que se ve en las fotos. Es un departamento sumamente acogedor, todas sus áreas son amplias y tiene todo lo necesario hasta el último detalle, nos sentimos como en casa. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente con absolutamente nada y Barbara siempre estuvo en comunicación para lo necesario del arribo y salida, sin duda volvería a elegir este Airbnb.

This was an amazing stay! Giancarlo, the host was very friendly and his place exceeded our expectations.The place was fully stocked with anything you would need to make yourself feel right at home. Not to mention it is minutes away from wonderful restaurants and shops. This was a 10/10 for us and really made our trip to Florence spectacular.

We, 2 couples a baby and a dog, enjoyed our week at this lovely location. After a quite rocky and adventurous road, the house is situated in the midst of the beautiful tuscan landscape with wine hills and olive trees. From the lovely pool which was only for us we enjoyed those lovely views. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a nice barbecue ourside. Florence is reachable within about 45 minutes by car and there are two little towns about 10-15 minutes away with big grocery stores, restaurants and gelaterias. Andrea and Gianni were super helpful, responsive and lovely hosts. We would highly recommend Le Spugne.

Todo muy bien, muy cómodo el departamento y muy bien equipado.

This place was amazing ! It fit our family of 8 very comfortably including a crib for our 2 year old grandson and 5 comfortable bedrooms. It had an amazing pool and outside area in the beautiful Tuscany countryside. We enjoyed easy access to Florence as well as neighboring cities such as Siena and San Gimignano via a car. Car was important to have. Giulia was very communicative and made us feel very comfortable staying here. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen man konnte das Zentrum von Florenz zu Fuß erkunden. Wir wurden nett von einem der Gastgeber empfangen. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
