Soggiorno perfetto! Lorenzo si è dimostrato molto disponibile e preciso. Ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per essere autonomi al nostro arrivo. Ha accontentato la nostra richiesta di check in anticipato e check out posticipato. La casa è molto graziosa, spaziosa e con tutti i confort di cui avevamo bisogno. Wi-fi ottimo, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, prodotti da bagno completi, cucina attrezzata di tutto e ….piacevole sorpresa…disponibilità di prodotti di buona qualità per fare la colazione (Cosa non scontata) Posizione comodissima, a pochi minuti dal centro e da piazzale Michelangelo. Esperienza molto positiva. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare da Lorenzo.

Alles war super - was die Unterkunft anbelangt. Die Zahlung mir Airbnb war etwas nervig, weil zuerst der Gesamtbetrag kam, den ich gleich bezahlt habe. Dann kam ein kleiner Betrag als Steuer, nachträglich als ich in den Ferien war. Als ich gleich nach dem Ferien den kleinen Betrag bezahlt habe, kam gleich die Mahnung von 12.-! Wenn man schon weiss, dass ich unterwegs bin, dann machen solche knappen Zahlungsfristen von 10 Tagen wemog Sinn und stiften nur Umstände. In Zukunft wäre super, wenn der Gesamte Betrag sofort kommt oder die Zahlungsfrist länger ist…

WOW. What a great place to stay We loved the Air B&B that Carlotta rented to us. The accommodations were fantastic. The roof top patio looking at the Duomo and Bell Tower were stunning and even more beautiful at night. The home was in the perfect place in Florence. Really close to everything we wanted to see. Just below Carlotta’s place was a great gelato place and a fantastic restaurant. Carlotta was a great host. She was very responsive to my many questions and pointed out a few things on a map for us. Can’t wait to get back. Thank you Carlotta for making our stay memorable. Alan

Sonia was incredible. She was so welcoming and had amazing and clear recommendations, tips, and instructions for the area. We really enjoyed the property and the incredible views it had to offer. I would recommend this spot to anyone trying to see the Chianti region and/ or Florence!

We booked this place as our base of operations for our visit to Florence and the surrounding area. Going into Florence was super easy: five minutes by car, free parking at the station, and frequent trains right into the center of Florence. Sure beats driving in the city! The loft studio itself was lovely, with wood beam ceilings, stone floors, a big picture window to the garden, but also very good curtains for privacy. And it was great to have breakfast ready for us each day!

Amazing host! Helped us carry our luggage with the kid. Very aesthetic house with all the amenities, felt like home after a tiring day. Loved the morning view from kitchen balcony, Florence at its best. Would love to stay here again if we ever come back to Florence.

This apartment is in such a perfect central location. It is also much spacious than it seemed from the photos. Loved the little terrace as well. Rosella was very friendly and flexible. The kids enjoyed the breakfast pastries, a nice touch.

Easy to get into the apartment. Security is very good. Very nice interior with good quality furnishings. There’s a “library “ of materials on Florence including a Rick Steves’ travel guide. This was a real bonus! Lorenzo was friendly, easy to work with and proactive with information. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer which were handy. Kitchen had all the basics as well as a bowl of portable snacks. Right on the bus line. Overall an excellent place to stay.

It was everything we needed for two people! What I loved most about this place was the location. We didn't want to stay by the Duomo to avoid the crowds but not too far that we couldn't be walking distance from all the places we wanted to hit. This spot was just a 10-15 min walk to everything that Florence had to offer. It was a lovely time - we got a visit from the neighbor's cat which was extra nice. Thanks for having us and we'll be back!

The best location imaginable, 1 min to Pont Vecchio on a beautiful street full of amazing and great value restaurants. Clean and comfortable apartment and excellent service from host.

Nice location if we can keep luggages would be much better as Florence is a tourist city.

산타마리아 노벨라역과 가까워서 이동에 편리했습니다. 근처에 공원과 식당이 있고 중심지로 이동하기에도 불편하지 않았습니다. 덕분에 피렌체에서의 즐거운 하루를 보냈습니다!

We had a wonderful stay. Francesca is a great host and the B&B looks exactly like the pictures. The B&B and surrounding area are beautiful. Francesca and her colleague prepare a nice breakfast for you every morning. There are great restaurants within walking distance including a Michelin star restaurant. I would recommend renting a car if you plan on staying here because this B&B is located in rural Tuscany and a car will help you get around to see other places such as wineries. 10/10!

Überaus herzlicher Empfang auf einem wunderschönen grünen Grundstück direkt mit Blick auf den Fluss. Am Frühstückstisch konnte man sich mit weiteren Gästen austauschen und sich ein paar Travel-Tipps und Erfahrungen einholen oder auch weitergeben. Insgesamt eine sehr offene, lockere Atmosphäre. Wir würden diese Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen und auch selbst gern wiederkommen!

Many years ago, I used to live nearby. The area is as beautiful as it was, maybe more so. This villa is a standout. Beautifully proportioned with super high ceilings, beautifully furnished with well-maintained grounds in the first flush of spring. My stay was the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of tourist-ridden Firenze. Only a short distance from the centre, yet to all effect in the country. The perfect situation for me. I hope to return for a longer stay.

Teresa and Agostino were the best hosts we have ever experienced. They were both extremely sweet, made us breakfast, taught us how to make pasta and then served us dinner all for free! We had multiple options of where we wanted to stay (went during off season). She gave us some of the best recommendations for local activities and food and what to see. Teresa and Agostino deserve so many more stars than you can physically select. If you have the opportunity to stay with them, you need to!

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Pas de cuisine à disposition, mais dans notre cas, cela ne posait pas de soucis juste pour une nuit. Luigi était très réactif à nos demandes et nous a proposé quelques bonnes adresses. Une carte des monuments à voir est également mise a disposition. Le petit déjeuner dans une pâtisserie avoisinante est également très bon. Une adresse à recommander fortement.

Francesco super disponibile, rispondendo velocemente alle nostre esigenze. L'alloggio viene pulito giornalmente. Zona strategica per poter visitare diversi posti di Firenze (anche a piedi). Inoltre è compresa la colazione italiana (buonissima) presso un bar veramente ben attrezzato e fornito. Se dovessimo tornare a Firenze sicuramente opterei nuovamente per questa soluzione!

Daniel e Daniela ci hanno accolto con una gentilezza e una disponibilità che ci hanno fatto sentire subito come a casa. È stata un’esperienza autentica, immersi nella natura della splendida campagna toscana, lontano dal caos e dal turismo di massa. Il cibo era delizioso, tutto locale e preparato con amore: ogni pasto è stato un momento speciale. La struttura è curata, accogliente e perfetta per chi cerca pace, relax e un contatto genuino con il territorio.
