This is my second stay at the historic mansion. I wrote a glowing review on my previous stay and our current stay did not disappoint. If you are looking for a high end AirBNB this is the place. Accommodations as in our prior visit were excellent, beddings were very comfortable and the home itself is well laid out and roomy. Sue our host was kind enough to provide plenty of firewood so we could avail ourselves to the outdoor fire pit where we were able to roast marshmallows for the young ones. Sue also contacted me and advised the home was ready for check in at an earlier time making our check in much more convenient. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Yuba City.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Vikki made sure all accommodations and amenities were in place. We enjoyed and we will stay there again and highly recommend her. The space was excellent.

We can’t say enough great things about Veronica’s place! Such a beautiful spot, with excellent amenities. Our kids had a blast and this spot really made our vacation. Perfect for a family getaway!

Kevin and Catherine's place is exactly as pictured. They were incredibly responsive during our stay and went above and beyond to accommodate my twin infants. The outdoor amenities for kids were fantastic—super kid-friendly! We’d love to stay again.

We had a really nice stay. We were in the area for a wedding and this was a nice alternative to staying in a hotel. The place is beautiful with a really nice and cozy backyard.

Hands-down, this place was a easy 10 out of 10. I felt right at home. The location is wonderful, inside and outside of the house is so beautiful, surrounded by nothing but great scenery, plants, quietness. In all honesty the pictures does no justice to this home. This home is even more beautiful in person. Sheila was amazing from the time I booked to the time I checked out. I really appreciated her communication as well as opening her home to my group and I. This is for sure one of the best Airbnb‘s. I have stayed at.

Home is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in Yuba City. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed. Will stay again if back in the area.

The spot is bigger and better appointed than the photos show. The location is great and parking was easy. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed for 8 days and enjoyed my stay. Oriel’s place is extremely clean, well decorated and cozy. Oriel is very responsive for questions. There are a few trails just within 5-10 mins walk, highly recommended if you have your furry friend with you.

Wow. Lynn’s place was the perfect getaway for my wife and I. The views very breathtaking. We stayed at the valley view and it was o so perfect. Very clean and open and the linens smelled so fresh like home. We really enjoyed our stay on a peaceful farm with amazing views and a great friendly host. I highly recommend Lynn’s place if you want to stay on a peaceful farm with a great host.

Perfect for our anniversary weekend! The place was very spacious and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up. The images helped locate the parking. As long as you know what the exterior of the building looks like then you’ll easily locate the parking area behind. The parking entrance was narrow but wasn’t difficult to maneuver. Overall, a great experience and would definitely visit again!

I enjoyed my time at Audrey’s place. They are centrally located and the backyard is a beautiful place to work or unwind. Audrey, Jordie, and the pups were very friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend their place for any guest visiting Oakland.

I will summarize Renzo's apartment as a combination of a 5-star hotel and airbnb with the price of airbnb only. Extremely great value for money spent. The pictures didn't do enough justice to what I saw. It was super convenient and well furnished beyond regular amenities you find in an airbnb. I was offered a bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival. The heaters in the room and living room were topnotch. The bed is very comfortable Renzo was very responsive with communication I commuted everyday to San Francisco and Renzo's apartment is about 5mins or less walk to the Bart Metro Station. Super convenient

Great host that is very accommodating, easy to get to, and excellent amenities for a longer stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with great views, good food, and affordable transportation nearby.

We didn’t have an AWD vehicle so we couldn’t make it up the hill, so we did park at the bottom- which was a little difficult. Had to make a couple trips and it is a decent walk especially in the rain and mud. Just make sure you are prepared for a walk or bring a vehicle that can handle big ruts and really muddy roads! (Not the hosts fault by any means and they clearly state that you need an AWD car in details!) The outdoor bathtub was frickin amazing! I felt like I was at a spa retreat. We loved this cozy cabin. Bed was comfy, things were clean, and everything was straightforward and easy to use. Kitchen had a rather miscellaneous selection of utensils and such so I’d suggest keeping it simple for meals. We went on a short walk around the property and came back with quite a few ticks. So that was not fun, but also not anyone’s fault. All in all- would absolutely 10/10 recommend staying here! I wish I could live there!

Excellent place. Quiet and private location right on a river. Perfect for a family or small group. The kids loved the games and playing by the river. The adults loved being close to lots of wineries and unwinding in the hot tub. The place was clean and well appointed.

The view is amazing! We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful spot and I am so happy we chose this home. The deck is huge and the perfect spot to admire the lake, watch the sunset, bbq then simply relax next to the fire pit. We loved that the deck is gated on both ends so our fur baby was able to roam freely within sight (the side yard is also completely fenced in). The location is incredibly serene - just what we were looking for. Santosh and Durga were excellent hosts, very accommodating and responsive. We truly can't wait to come back and I've already shared the listing with friends.

Caz cabin is truly magical. This was my second time visiting and it was just as incredible! The cabin was so cozy, and the backyard wad enchanting. I never wanted to leave the porch! Can’t wait for my next visit!

Olyver's cabin was just what we were looking for--private, beautifully designed, cozy, comfortable. Everything felt just right. The heated floors, the wood stove, and especially the sauna were such a treat during this chilly spring. Close to the coast and smaller coastal towns, the cabin is well situated for explorers. Olyver is a helpful and gracious host and I'm so grateful that his space is shared with others. We absolutely loved our time here and hope to be back.

We had a great time! Beautiful view of the river from the living/dinning room and deck. Close to awesome hiking, fun beaches wineries and delicious restaurants!

There are plenty of reviews about the house itself... I want to focus on the hosts. These people really get how to run a successful vacation rental. The door code to get in was my phone number, the Keurig had pods, the hot tub was already hot, the light switches were labeled, they had a bench and convenient mat for taking off your shoes as you enter, and on and on. I really wish every host would take the care to make sure these little touches were always done. The huge gripe I have with most rentals is that you pay a (sometimes very large) cleaning fee, but as a guest, you are still expected to do chores. I'm on vacation - I'm not doing dishes and laundry, and separating your recycling, etc! Carsten's cleaning expectations were very mild compared to many we have stayed at, so that is also appreciated. When we come back to Felton or Santa Cruz again, I'm sure we'll look for this house first!
