Mini cottage w/ free parking. This tiny cottage (<200sf) is located in our beautiful backyard. It is close to everything. A 15 min drive to downtown San Francisco and SF airport. A 15 min walk to Westlake shopping center & BART station to San Francisco. The beautiful unit has a private entrance, one bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. We provide Wi-fi, towels, instant coffee, tea, and snack. More amenities for you to use: TV, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer & electric kettle.

Take in the maritime beauty of Tomales Bay from the comfort of this luxury waterfront cottage. Turn the wooden steering wheel on the front door and enter a light-filled living room with high ceilings and sweeping views of the bay. Seals, otters and rays make their way into the bay; at high tide perhaps you'll be lucky and catch a glimpse of a sting ray from the glass window in the living room floor. Our private beach is the perfect spot to go for a swim, or launch your paddleboards and kayaks.

(read more about the space) 20 minutes away from Half Moon Bay with beautiful beaches and 30 min. from Stanford, Palo Alto. We are adjacent to The Mountain House Restaurant. Res recommended. Short drive to local breakfast place. NO PETS!

Berkeley Hills Maybeck Cottage

Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

Escape to Sonoma in this bucolic slice of heaven with a Scandinavian-modern feel - just 9 minutes from Sonoma Square. Wake up to the sound of birds and enjoy your morning coffee outside, watching the sun come up over the rows of vines. Play a game of bocce in the 40' court or relax on the redwood deck overlooking neighboring vineyards, palms and ancient oaks by day; dine outdoors at night with a bottle of wine from one of the many world-class wineries within 10 minutes from the property.

The Perch

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch, our newly renovated room lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural.
