The place is very beautiful, clean and very large (accommodates large groups). You must have a car as it's a bit out of town. However, there is plenty of parking. There is a restaurant below which worried me, but it's a fine dining restaurant, there was very little noise. Try the restaurant below, great food.

Logement parfait ! On était agréable surpris par le calme et le paysage. Voiture indispensable pour y accéder (assez puissante, on avait une c3 c’était pas fou).

Beau gîte avec un jardin calme et très accueillant. Lits très confortables. Gentilles intentions de la part de Tiziana qui avait confectionné de bons petits biscuits appréciés aux petits déjeuners pris dans le jardin. Bonne adresse pour visiter Bologne Parme et Modène...

L’alloggio accogliente e ben curato, nei dettagli. Molto ben inserito nel contesto dei colli bolognesi, dove verde e natura sono protagonisti. La host, Laura, è stata accogliente, disponibile e precisa nelle indicazioni. C’è tutto l’occorrente anche per una buona e ricca colazione. I dintorni offrono tanto soprattutto rispetto a passeggiate, trekking, storia dei luoghi, tour gastronomici… Insomma, non ve ne pentirete.

La casa è splendida, arredata con grande gusto, pulitissima e luminosissima. La posizione tranquilla permette di godersi il relax della campagna intorno a Bologna e nel contempo di visitare i dintorni e le cittadine più belle dell’Emilia. Francesco e sua moglie sono stati host gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Soggiorno a 5 stelle!

Questo luogo è un angolo di paradiso perfetto per chi vuole staccare dalla frenesia della vita di tutti i giorni. È un borgo del 1450 che è stato creato dai Maestri Comacini seguendo la posizione di una costellazione, e in modo che la somma delle sue misure crei uno spartito armonico simile ai canti gregoriani. Inutile dire che queste enormi energia qui si sente, e arriva. Camera perfetta per soggiorni medi-brevi essendo un open space. Letto comodissimo e cucina molto fornita. Bagno perfetto con tutto l’occorrente. Ma ciò che rende questo posto magico è proprio il suo contesto e le persone che ci abitano: Agata è dolce e accogliente (e avrà tante storie da raccontare se le lasciate lo spazio), Biglia il Golden Retriever, così come Mao e gli altri gatti vi faranno sentire sempre coccolati, così come i vicini di casa che condividono questo angolo di paradiso e ne custodiscono le storie. Tante passeggiate che partono direttamente dal borgo e ristoranti tipici molto vicini. Grazie! ❤️

I had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The views of the surrounding mountains were absolutely stunning and made the experience even more special. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Villa impeccabile immersa sui colli bolognesi. Gli spazi sono enormi e ogni stanza è dotata di un bagno privato. Il giardino è infinito e stupendo. Relax più totale in un posto bellissimo e isolato rispetto alla città. Personale cordialissimo e sempre pronto per ciascuna evenienza

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza fantastica! La casa è esattamente come descritta, pulita, ben arredata e molto accogliente. La posizione è perfetta, una zona tranquilla. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza, rispondendo rapidamente a qualsiasi domanda e fornendo ottimi consigli su cosa fare in zona. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un posto confortevole e ben situato. Sicuramente tornerò!

Siamo appena stati nell’agriturismo di Giulia e abbiamo trovato tutto fantastico: gli spazi interni, la piscina e il giardino molto curati, la pulizia impeccabile della stanza e l’attenzione al dettaglio. Ma quello che rende, a nostro avviso, questo posto molto speciale e’ l’estrema ospitalità, simpatia e umanità’ di Giulia - cosa per nulla scontata - la quale ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro breve soggiorno perfetto, dall’offrirci un aperitivo al prenotare per noi anche un meraviglioso apericena in vigna in un’azienda agricola vicina. Grazie davvero e alla prossima!

Beautiful home we loved the surroundings very much and the room with kitchen was perfect for us. We cooked and ate breakfast and dinner outside every evening. The ping pong and honesty bar were bonus! Pool was great too all in all we loved it and would stay again!

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Alloggio perfetto per famiglie o gruppetto di amici, spazioso con tutte le comodità, il fatto di avere due bagni è comodissimo. Zona tranquilla senza tanti rumori. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Stefano was very kind and helpful. The accommodation had everything I needed and was in a perfect location in Bologna, with a bus stop to the city center just a few steps away. I would love to visit again in the future. Great experience, highly recommend.

Debora was very kind and helpful. The place is very nice and comfortable. It’s a very local neighbourhood, don’t feel like you are in a tourist area. Quiet at night. Easy to walk to restaurants and the old city area. We had all five rooms so it worked well. If you don’t take all the rooms you will share the kitchen. Two rooms have ensuites bathrooms and then there are two other bathrooms shared with the other three rooms. Two of the rooms connect to the same large balcony. The listing needs to be updated as there is no washing machine, Debora kindly did some laundry for us because the listing still said washing machine. We had different numbers of people on different nights over the five night stay and Debora was accommodating of that. She lives on the main floor, all of the rooms are off of a shared hallway on the second floor.

Grosszügige, helle und gut gelegene Wohnung. Super geeignet mit Hunden (viele Gründflächen/Parks in der Umgebung) Und mit dem Auto kommend (Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude). Giorgio war super freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl und Zuhause gefühlt.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. It was brand new, spotless, spacious and easy access to all that bologna had to offer. Would highly recommend this if you’re visiting bologna.

Eine einfache aber saubere und schöne Unterkunft in Bologna. Nicht die schönste Gegend, aber der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür und es ist vollkommen ausreichend, wenn man die Stadt erkunden möchte. Paolo war schnell und einfach zu erreichen.
