Rosanna a été accueillante et disponible par Whats'app lors de notre séjour. Logement central avec accès facile à la gare à pied qui nous a permis de laisser la voiture dans l'enceinte de la cour lors de nos journées passées à Bologne et Florence. Au milieu de la Motor Valley où tous les constructeurs automobiles sont accessibles. Elle nous a recommandé des restaurants et magasins à proximité. Le logement était très propre et la cuisine parfaite pour cuisiner le soir. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la pizzeria Parfin (fermée le mercredi mais ouverte le dimanche soir) à quelques minutes en voiture qui permet de prendre à emporter pour manger tranquillement à l'appartement.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Cristina's beautiful penthouse in the city center of Bologna. The apartment is perfectly situated, just a short walk from all of Bologna’s major attractions. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, with elegant décor that made us feel right at home. The rooms under the roof were cozy and full of character, and the terraces were a lovely spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The entire space was peaceful, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night after our adventures. Cristina and her daughter were wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They provided us with great assistance during check-in and check-out, and even helped us with the car entry pass for the city center—super helpful! Bologna itself is a gem, with a vibrant, joyful atmosphere, and we truly loved experiencing the local way of life. We can’t wait to return and would absolutely stay here again.

Ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il centro di Bologna sia se, come noi, si va all’unipol arena per un concerto. Zona tranquilla, fornita di mezzi di trasporto, negozi e supermercati. Noi abbiamo conosciuto Sara come host ed è stata gentilissima e disponibile, la casa un vero gioiello, impeccabile e pulitissima.

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door Everest, de beheerder van het huis, en er stond een heerlijke zelfgebakken taart klaar. De kamers waren heel gezellig ingericht met zelfs paasversiering. Super schoon. De eigenaar van het huis, een oude meneer, gaf ons later in de week een rondleiding over het terrein en vertelde verhalen van vroeger. Prachtige omgeving om te wandelen, leuke rondwandeling van 10 km via Komoot. Een half uur rijden van Bologna en op loopafstand (20min) van de trein. Mooie tuin met zitje. Fijn huis, mooie omgeving : aanrader!

Sono stata benissimo! Gli host sono persone meravigliose, accoglienti e disponibili, sempre pronti a farci sentire a nostro agio. La casa era pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, e il giardino un piccolo angolo di paradiso. I loro cani sono dolcissimi e ci hanno fatto compagnia con grande affetto. La colazione è stata ogni giorno una coccola indimenticabile, preparata con amore e prodotti freschi. Ci siamo davvero sentiti come a casa, anzi forse anche meglio! È raro incontrare persone così autentiche e ospitali – un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore. Grazie di tutto!

Il sig Guido è veramente un super host! molto gentile e disponibile fin da subito, appena arrivate ci ha accolte di persona e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni sull'alloggio. L'appartamento è molto comodo, spazioso e abbiamo trovato una pulizia impeccabile. La cucina è attrezzatissima e il frigorifero è super fornito di tutto il necessario per la colazione. C'è il parcheggio privato, la zona è molto tranquilla e servitissima da autobus, supermercato, bar pizzerie, ristoranti, tabacchi, negozietti. Comunque in mezz'ora a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro di Bologna. È stato veramente piacevole soggiornare in questo b&b, ci siamo trovate benissimo . Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Beautifully designed apartment, modern, clean, nice outside space. Donatella is lovely, very friendly, responsive and happy to go the extra mile for her guests. Useful local recommendations. We personally loved the Blue Hush cafe and bar round the corner.

Diego was extremely friendly, very welcoming, and responsive to every message I sent. He recommended a fantastic restaurant — the food was absolutely delicious. Without a doubt, if I return to Bologna, I will choose Diego’s apartment again.

Very close to the city center. Perfect place to stay at when you’re wanting to be close to the center and still have your space. Very friendly host!

A lovely, cozy home! Really appreciated Elena’s flexibility in letting us into the apartment a bit early, as well as the recommendations, coffee, and local sweet treats she left for us (delicious!). Amazing location - walkable to all major landmarks/restaurants, but tucked away from major thoroughfares and very quiet. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was so peaceful and perfect to relax some days. Franco was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in easy. You can tell they really care about making guests feel at home. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Really nice place! Incredibly beautiful surroundings and nice and clean accommodation. Lovely private terrace. The pool was super nice and clean, and we had it all to ourselves. Valter is very friendly and he was flexible both regarding arrival and departure. Although Valter doesn't speak English, communication works fine with Google Translate. Although Valter and his wife live in the same building, you don't hear much from them, so you feel like you have the place all to yourself. A very small downside; The bed on the 1st floor was a very hard. And from the description, you might think that there is aircondition in both bedrooms. However, I had already read in another review that there is only aircon in one of the bedrooms and a fan in the other. We highly recommend the place and would live to visit again some day.

Siamo stati molto bene al Pizzicalaluna, sia per la tranquillità e la bellezza del luogo che per l’ospitalità di Giulia, sempre attenta a farci sentire a casa! Consigliatissimo!

Siamo appena stati nell’agriturismo di Giulia e abbiamo trovato tutto fantastico: gli spazi interni, la piscina e il giardino molto curati, la pulizia impeccabile della stanza e l’attenzione al dettaglio. Ma quello che rende, a nostro avviso, questo posto molto speciale e’ l’estrema ospitalità, simpatia e umanità’ di Giulia - cosa per nulla scontata - la quale ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro breve soggiorno perfetto, dall’offrirci un aperitivo al prenotare per noi anche un meraviglioso apericena in vigna in un’azienda agricola vicina. Grazie davvero e alla prossima!

Franco is a wonderful host and Villa Calanco was a great place to stay. Franco is very quick to reply, gives out all the information you could need and want and is very helpful. The apartment was very cute and had everything we needed. We had a lovely time. There is plenty to do in the area and the garden offers ample opportunity to relax in the end of season sunshine in our case. We would happily return on our next visit to the area. Franco was a great host when we stayed at Villa Calanco. Very responsive to our questions about walking paths. We enjoyed our stay and can strongly recommend Villa Calanco and Franco

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Giulia, the team and the dogs;) were absolutely wonderful! you can get drinks and great food and just relax in the pool or walk around the area. Bologna is also just 30 min away, which is very comfortable. The place feels like a home away from home, the perfect place to relax and enjoy good company
