You will have a private patio with access from french doors in your unit. There is a bbq, firepit and pool in our shared back yard space, available upon request.

It is near the Safari Park, wedding venues and is walking distance to 4 wineries! The property is gated so guests feel safe and sleep peacefully in the quiet of the country. You will love the fresh fruit, farm animals, and tranquility of the location - all while only being 4.5 miles off the freeway. This space is excellent for couples, friends and solo adventurers.

Creekside Studio (private entrance)

Creekside Studio is a cozy, well equipped, private yet centrally located studio retreat in South Escondido. It is on a 1-acre, quiet cul-de-sac lot, attached to the main house (our residence), with it’s own private entrance. The studio has a small kitchenette (no stove), a queen size bed and a twin sleeper/couch and a bathroom with shower (no tub). Roku TV, free-WiFi keep you entertained or hang out on the deck with your coffee in a park-like setting.

Quaint Artist Apartment (Full Private Apartment)

This quaint furnished apartment is attached to our home, with a lovely outdoor patio space & artist sculpture gardens! Guests have their own entrance & off street parking. Stores & restaurants within walking distance & 2 miles from downtown Escondido, including the California Center for the Arts & movie theaters. Only 5 miles to the San Diego Zoo Wild Animal Park and several wineries.
