Excelente comunicación con el anfitrión, responde de inmediato. El alojamiento impecable, la cama muy cómoda. Esta en un edificio con guardia 24/7 lo que da mucha seguridad. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren (que viene o va al aeropuerto) y del metro que conecta con toda la ciudad. A 50m hay un supermercado. No pudo ser mejor !! Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volveré. ¡ Gracias Juan !

Maison très agréable et spacieuse. Les photos sur le site correspondent à la réalité . Le Propriétaire a été super réactif à mes questions et flexible à mes demandes. Tout était propre. Je recommande ce lieu qui nous a permis de passer un moment extraordinaire entre amis. Pour visiter Madrid bus métro et ubers

Ramon una persona splendida, sempre pronto a risolvere ogni richiesta. Appartamento veramente bello e posizione tranquilla. Personalmente lo raccomando a tutti. Val la pena andarci anche solo per conoscere Ramon. Consigliatissimo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la jolie maison d Anne Sophie . Le quartier est très agréable et le métro facilement accessible . Nous avons tout aimé dans cette maison , nous nous y sommes sentis «  comme chez nous « avec nos enfants Merci pour la flexibilité au moment de la sortie.

Très bel appartement avec un magnifique jardin aménagé avec beaucoup de gout. piscine et installations sportives dans la résidence. au top !

La habitación estilo Alhambra es realmente una pasada, llena de encanto y detalles que la hacen única. Además, la casa es muy espaciosa y tiene muchos rincones agradables donde relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. La ubicación es perfecta, a una distancia ideal de Madrid, lo que nos permitió sentirnos en el campo sin alejarnos demasiado de la ciudad. Muy buena opción para quedarte en Madrid. Basyar encantadora, le pedimos un juego de llaves extra y nos la hicieron sin problema. Encantadora y repetiría sin duda.

My son and I stayed here for two weeks and had a great time. The apartment is centrally located with easy access to everything we wanted to do. After we'd walked a full day or gotten back from an excursion outside Madrid, we always felt we came back home to peace. It was so quiet and the building super peaceful. Everyone we encountered in the building was always nice and friendly (especially the doorman). We like cooking and making our own meals so it was a bit of a shock not to have an oven. I somehow missed this in the listing! Still, we made it work and managed to make some nice meals. Don't expect great views of the city or anything, but the location of the apartment in the building does make it super quiet. Susana was very responsive and helpful when I reached out to her. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed being so close to everything. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wish I can stay longer. But this is a popular place we missed our chance😔

El alojamiento es precioso y, aunque sólo nos quedamos 2 días, dispone de todo lo necesario para estancias más largas. Se nota que se ha decorado y equipado con mucho mimo. Además, Laura, la anfitriona, es encantadora y ha cuidado cada uno de los detalles para que todo sea fácil de usar y sólo pienses en disfrutar de tu viaje. Ha sido un absoluto placer quedarnos en este alojamiento y lo recomiendo muchísimo.

very clean and beautiful place, as a first time euro traveler had to get used to the limited hot water but the area is great, close to easy public transport.

Really loved our stay! Fran and Isabel were responsive and accommodating. The flat was in a great location and the metro was very close. Highly recommend!

We are 4 people who met at Gabriela's home. I, (Filipino+Sudanese), My partner Robert (Hungarian), Our Friend Giselle(Taiwanese) and our other friend Raphael(German). We all felt we needed a safe and empathetic place to plan for our futures (We successfully planned our short term goals at this home, and the whole place of Nina specially the garden was the perfect spot for these meetings, (the meeting also included our friend Hashim(Filipino+Yemeni) joining through video call.) Gabriela, I’ll say this again. I am very thankful for your detailed effort in letting us feel at home(the furniture, the mother touch decoration, the detailed appliances and utensils in the kitchen, the food!, the welcome drinks…etc). You are a godmother who provided the essentials for us to plan to make this world a better place. Thank you Gabriela, I will always remember you. Till we meet in again:) Hana

Tanto Marta como Assaf estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotros ,por si necesitábamos cualquier cosa .La casa esta en una zona tranquilísima y muy bien rodeada de servícios ( supermercados,cafeterías ,farmacia,tiendas multiprecio etc). La vivienda estaba muy limpia , ordenada y bien equipada...nos sentimos como en casa. El primer día hizo un poco de calor y agradecimos mucho los ventiladores de techo en todos los dormitorios.

Great host, amazing house, very spacious with a lovely garden. We had a great time and loved everything about this place. It was super clean and is equipped perfectly.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert’s place. We are big on location and cleanliness, and this place delivered on both fronts. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. Within minutes of the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and Mercado San Miguel. The bedrooms and living area were all very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Good Internet connection also. La ubicación es excelente, tienes todo a la mano. La plaza mayor está a unos diez minutos caminando, y Julieta siempre muy atenta y amable con nosotros. El lugar es tal cual las fotos y las cobijas hueles a limpias, sin duda regresaríamos a ese lugar.
