Isabel's place was great. Its only one of two apartments in the complex that has air conditioning in the living room area and not only in the bedrooms.

We had a great stay! Orlando’s location is unbeatable - walking distance to el malecón. Spacious home with large rooms and beautiful furniture. The location felt secure with 24 hour security guards. Orlando was super responsive and helpful with various recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

I definitely enjoyed this place and the host was every helpful for anything I needed . I needed to check out late and he allowed me to do so with no problem . Apartment was very clean and the shower had hot water kitchen had everything needed to make a home meal I definitely will be staying again

La meva estada era per negocis i tenia l'oficina al cantó i per tant l'ubicació era molt convenient. Ademés es cert que a prop hi havia un centre comercial i molts restaurants. El mobiliari de la casa està una mica vell especialment la rentadora però tot està en bon estat. La Mildred està 100% connectada per resoldre qualsevol dubte.

The unit is in a quaint villa tropical-like luxury complex. The character and the vibe is incredible. The space was very nice and super high quality. I’ve stayed in zona colonial many times and this apartment was the best so far.

I had an amazing stay at this place. The apartment looks just like the photos, stunning! We had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The kitchen was well equipped with just the right amount of pots, utensils, and glassware. The balcony was where we spent most of the day. We had a beautiful view! The beds were comfy. The closets were spacious. The bathrooms were clean. And the washer and dryer worked well. The pool was also great! The staff in the building was very friendly and attentive. I wanted to stay near all of the beautiful restaurants Piantini has to offer and this was PERFECT. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I’ll also be considering it for my next stay in Santo Domingo.
