The location is perfect to enjoy of all of San Clemente’s best beaches, trails, restaurants, shops, golf courses, etc.

Spanish Beach Casa by the Sea San Clemente Parking

Very Private Apt with yard located two blocks from downtown where all the restaurants and retail stores. Only five blocks down the hill to the pier and only blocks from a local grocery stores, and all restaurants downtown SC . The beaches are fantastic , the golf courses are located on either side of town there’s three to pick from! Plenty of other places to visit like Laguna Beach in Dana point , the coastline is like the south of France in this location with a touch of Spanish Ole Hanson !

Live like a local and rent our house E-bikes to surf or explore; step through our backyard gate to explore the nearby canyon trails then grab the house surfboards, walk down below the house for a surf/swim or a stroll along the famous beach trail. Take a hot outdoor shower, enjoy local eateries and close the night out around the cozy fire pit.

Our cozy casita is located in the heart of downtown San Clemente. The beach is a 15 minute walk and the main downtown area is a 6 minute walk. The casita is quaint and charming with vaulted wood beam ceilings, hardwood floors and plentiful natural light. Open the french doors to enjoy the fresh breeze and afternoon sunshine. At the casita, every detail is designed to make your stay special. We cover all service fees and provide professional cleaning, so you can simply relax and enjoy.

San Clemente Pierside Paradise Condo

Everyone will have plenty of space and privacy in this condo designed for up to four guests. Private balcony and full kitchen add to the open, home-like feel. All units are non-smoking. Note there is no air-conditioning in units. Ocean view units are not guaranteed and cannot be confirmed in advance--it is subject to availability at check in.
