Welcome to Verena, our charming and completely renovated flat is located in a typical Tyrolean house, a few hundred meters from the town centre of San Cassiano, Alta Badia, just in the heart of the Dolomites and only 1km from the cable cars that will take you to the Sella Ronda ski area and only 40 min drive from Cortina. We are at the ideal starting point for your hikes and walks in the mountains, but we are also close to many sporting activities (climbing, biking, snowshoeing, skiing,...).

Located in one of the most enchanting and strategic positions of La Villa, this exclusive luxury apartment is the ideal place to savour the beauty of Alta Badia. In winter, you can just take off on your skis and reach the World Cup Gran Risa Ski slope or the Gardenaccia (great for beginners) in a few seconds. The Ski school is a few steps away. During the summer, whether you are hiking or biking, you can start and tackle one of the many great outings possible in our uncontaminated Valley.

Cabins situated in a quiet location on the campsite. Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.

Dalla casa in 15 minuti si è agli impianti di risalita di Alleghe o di Falcade. Inoltre nel comune è presente una palestra di roccia: "Vertik Area Dolomiti".

Located in San Cassiano, the holiday apartment "Biohof Ruances Pré" offers guests a cozy and stylish setting with a view of the Alps. It is surrounded by amazing scenery and has a magnificent view of Mount Pelmo. In the spring, summer & autumn it has great hiking right from the front door. In the winter it is well positioned for the famous Dolomite Super Ski area, offering hundreds of kilometres of skiing.
