Welcome to Verena, our charming and completely renovated flat is located in a typical Tyrolean house, a few hundred meters from the town centre of San Cassiano, Alta Badia, just in the heart of the Dolomites and only 1km from the cable cars that will take you to the Sella Ronda ski area and only 40 min drive from Cortina. We are at the ideal starting point for your hikes and walks in the mountains, but we are also close to many sporting activities (climbing, biking, snowshoeing, skiing,...).

L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per la cucina è la sala pranzo. È presente un microonde/grill, tostapane, macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, asciugacapelli, lavatrice/asciugatrice. C'è un letto matrimoniale e un divano-letto, ottimo x 2 adulti, o 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.
