We loved the location and its easy access! The brochures on the table gave us good information. The neighbors were outgoing and fun to talk with. We loved the space and everything was as described. We would be very happy to stay again!

I loved the place and it's amenities. It has kitchen supply, so no need to bring your own except if you don't want to use black plastics. It has a broom but not a mop, meaning you will have to carry your baby rug or sanitize the floor if your baby is super active like most of them. We enjoyed our stay it's so close to camping sites. PS: call in advance if you are going to the sate park caming sites; it was booked. They offered jillions of bath towels which was amazing. They will charge you a $250 down deposit, but they will give it back when nothing is broken when checking out.

We came to paul and karen for the Thanksgiving holiday and to visit my mother who lives close by . The goal was to escape the holiday/family craziness at our leizure and also have a comfy quiet retreat. That's exactly what we got! It was very comfortable and accomodating, my daughter appreciated the washer and dryer, my fiance the comfy bed and i was happy with a good recliner and full channel tv. Trying to organize 14 people at a restaurant on Thanksgiving is stressful and paul and karens place worked out perfect. I definitely recommend it. For the price, it cant be beat.

We had a wonderful time at Restmoore! The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, making us feel at home. The neighborhood was quiet, and the location was great. The pool and hot tub were fun, and the view was lovely. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. It was fantastic to be so close to the lake and within walking distance to the marina. We also enjoyed the short drive to Boulder Bay. The host was friendly and responsive, which we really appreciated. We definitely want to come back and will consider staying here again. We highly recommend it!

Linda is very helpful and responsive. Although her host couldn’t meet us to check us in, Linda was very responsive in giving us instructions on how to enter the rental. The condo is very nice, clean, and definitely an upgrade from the normal rustic cabins we typically rent in Big Bear. Felt more like a nice hotel. Also the kitchen is amazing! So organized and well stocked. Makes it fun to cook, and make it your own!

Loved staying here! Beautiful, huge and clean condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooked the boat slip in the evenings. In the mornings we would take a walk to the river dock. Lorraine's place was very comfortable and we felt right at home. Would love to stay here again when we visit Bullhead/Laughlin area.

Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

We had a great time staying at Leanne’s apartment - the place has a beautiful view and lakefront access, and is a short walk away from the Village shops & restaurants. Well stocked kitchen and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived!

Very clean. If you have water vehicles the slips are right outside the livingroom balcony. The swimming pool is great within walking distance. You can also take your folding chairs on the dock right off the lake. Easy access for launcing your water vehicles further up the river.

Had to change from a different reservation last minute and Nancy was more than accommodating! Place was clean and comfortable. Kids had a blast playing uno and foozball…. They didn’t want to leave! Bathrooms even had fancy toilet paper bows and the toilets had the paper wrappers to show they were clean like a hotel. Would stay again!

Absolutely amazing stay at Ryan’s short-term rental in Lake Havasu! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the perfect location—just steps from the iconic London Bridge and right on the waterfront with jaw-dropping views. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake and winding down with the lights reflecting off the water at night felt like something out of a dream. The unit itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—everything was thoughtfully arranged and well-stocked, making it feel like a true home away from home. We loved how close we were to all the best restaurants, shops, and activities. Whether we were walking along the waterfront, grabbing a bite to eat, or hopping on a boat tour, everything was within reach. Ryan was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. If you’re visiting Lake Havasu, this is the place to stay. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Had a great stay and Bryan was very responsive. Snow Summit was a very short walk away, even in ski boots.

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and were always available to assist and answer any questions we had. Condo is very clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Location in Lake Havasu is great. Pool and hot tub well maintained. We had a great time and give this place a 5 star rating

Great place to stay. Close to the lake, clean quiet and comfortable. We had our waverunners so the parking was perfect for the little trailer. Not sure how our big boat would do in the parking lot, but its great for a small boat or waverunner trailer.

Great place to stay. Kip was an awesome host. Liked the condo. Little noisy because of intersection, but I got used to that.

Lovely stay hosted by Louis and Dusdi! The condo is very cute, certainly one of the more updated and well decorated places I’ve stayed in Havasu. I love this location as it’s close to everything and easy to get on the walking trails. Thank you for hosting!

We had a great family vacation. I Would highly recommend his place to anyone. He was very responsive when we needed help. The place was really big and clean. My daughters adored the place and didn’t want to leave when we had to. As they said, “we want to stay here forever.” We Definitely a great experience. I would definitely book with him again.

Love the queens bay! Luanns space was in prime location. Super clean and felt homey. Great pool for after lake unwinding. Also has all the steaming platforms which was perfect to catch the Olympics!
