Easy access to the boat ramp, only one street over. Driveway is rocked and accessible for two trucks pulling boats. Area for grilling and fire pit under the house in carport area.

A one room schoolhouse complete with a bell cupola. It is built from historic lumber recovered from the area. It is a private and cozy get away spot. It has a kitchenette and a nice bathroom with a shower. You will feel right at home! It has a queen size bed that is very comfortable.
