We provide daily towel service and breakfast from 8:30-9:30am.

This is the most luxurious suite in the Oge House, a historic mansion located in Downtown San Antonio's King William Historic District and right on the Riverwalk. This suite is on the third floor and has its own private balcony facing the Riverwalk. It has our finest bathroom, all done in black and green granite with a large corner whirlpool tub and a separate frameless glass shower w/ multiple body sprays. Guests also have access to our pool and heated spa next door at our Carriage House.

Texas Grounds Coffee Co. Bed and Breakfast

Nestled in the heart of Old Town Helotes, our 107-year old house is home to our beautiful bed and breakfast upstairs and our incredible coffee shop downstairs! The space is the entire second floor! With tons of natural light, feel free to people watch from the sunroom, or snuggle in the cozy living room! Enjoy the double-headed shower! The bathroom is done in polished granite with a large double whirlpool tub and separate shower. It has its own private entrance, so there is no need to enter any shared space to enter and exit the room. Guests also have access to our pool and heated spa directly across the street at our Carriage House.
