This unit is comfortable, peaceful, air conditioned & fully self contained. A private entrance with deck, garden. Parking available. 10 min drive to South Beach 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. Excellent Wifi , Netflix. The kitchen is stocked with basic provisions and appliances. Webber BBQ for outdoor cooking. Accommodation has thorough cleaning after every stay.

A super comfy daybed that converts to a kingbed on the ground floor & a double bed on mezzanine level Extra large shower Beautifully decorated & appointed. Close to Freo, on bus line or $8 Uber ride, & close to river & beach. Outside area, with laundry sink & washing machine Can sleep 4 , perfect after a night in Freo but for longer stays recommend only 2 people. Steps to mezzanine bed are vertical so not for everybody

It is separate from the house and your privacy is ensured as a 1.8m fence divides the two. There is your own sitting area in front of the studio with BBQ.
