Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie e grandi gruppi. Vicino al mare e a 10 minuti dalla città in un'antica villa dell'800. Il punto di forza effetto WOW è la vista a 180° sul golfo, visibile da tutto l'appartamento e dalla grande terrazza. Rilassatevi nel grande giardino e fate una passeggiata nel bosco privato! se sarete fortunate vedrete i cerbiatti che vi abitano. La fermata dell'autobus e il parcheggio gratuito sono direttamente sotto la casa.

La casa, completamente ristrutturata nel 2018, si propone come un alloggio speciale per giovani coppie, famiglie con figli. L'alloggio, situato tra il mare ed il Carso, offre non solo momenti di divertimento e relax al mare (situato a 5 minuti di auto e 25 minuti a piedi in discesa e 40 in salita), ma pure la possibilità di compiere lunghe passeggiate, gite in bici e, naturalmente, di visitare tante attrazioni turistiche. Per spostarsi si consiglia di essere automuniti.

Siamo vicini al confine con la Slovenia dove possibile trascorrere orette di svago e relax nei due casino situati a Nova Gorica. Per gli amanti del vino siamo vicini ai più conosciuti produttori in zona.

Villa Irena is located in Vipavski Križ and it belongs to one of the most beautiful monuments in Slovenia. 500 years house is entirely renovated and designed for a relaxing get away. Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
