El apartamento está en un segundo piso , cuenta con 02 dormitorios, sala, un comedor, una cocina, totalmente equipada TV, aire acondicionado, balcón, piscina con terraza y dos parqueos. No se admiten mascotas domésticas y tomar en cuenta se encuentra en una colina.
