Words would fall short if I begin to praise Anu. He was super super helpful. Made our stay extremely helpful and easy breezy. He not only gave stellar local recommendations and acted as personal guide, he helped us through our trip including when we called him from afar asking for help when our car broke down. Anu is a gem! He was super friendly and the place is super neat and comfortable. The rooms/linen/bathrooms, everything absolutely clean and tidy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved our stay here. 10/10 would recommend and if I ever visit again, staying here itself again.

This is a large property in Saiq, Jebel Al Akhdar providing private accommodation in this very special village in the mountains. We were very well looked-after by Muntaser who showed us around the stunning landscape and local villages including Al Aqor, Wadi Bani Habib and Al Suwgra (now an exclusive boutique hotel clinging to the mountainside where your baggage has to be transported via zipwire across the valley). He kindly drove our car from place to place so that we could do as little or as much exploring on foot as we wished. His experience of driving on the insanely steep off-road tracks was invaluable - despite the Nissan Patrol being a very capable 4x4, I would have been too nervous to do this myself! The most special treat was being invited for قهوة (coffee) which was a great honour appreciated by the whole family. Thank you Saif!

È stato tutto perfetto! É un’oasi di pace e tranquillità, nel bel mezzo delle natura, con la possibilità di fornirsi dei prodotti della terra amorevolmente coltivata dai proprietari (verdure, uova…), le capanne poi sono curate nei minimi dettagli in elegante stile Omanita. Nelle immediate distanze non c’è molto ma con l’auto si possono raggiungere facilmente siti bellissimi (il deserto, i Wadi, Nizwa…), per poi rilassarsi a bordo piscina! Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi ama la natura e la tranquillità!

Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung verfügte über allen notwendigen Dingen. Es ist modern eingerichtet und es wirkte alles neu. Etwas Tageslicht wäre wünschenswert. Abends war es etwas hellhörig. Alles in allem würden wir aber erneut buchen. Wir fanden es sehr gut.

Everything was perfect: We wanted to stay at a place next to the Souq of Nizwa without being inside it. Locationwise it was perfect because it was just 2 minutes away from the Souq by car (and I think 15 min by feet). The place is as clean as it gets, the bed ist comfortable and you have everything that you might need. The check-in ist really really flexible and Khalid as a host is interested and invested in making your stay as great as possible. Please, don't miss out on the "Oman Across Ages Museum" and enjoy this beautiful country and it's wonderful people!

We loved staying here. It was truly a luxurious experience which was perfect for us on our relaxing stay in Nizwa. It is close by to the old city just an 8 minute drive (mainly taken up by needing to uturn as it’s on the other side of the highway). The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the rooms were wonderful. The place is extremely clean, smells amazing, is beautiful and looks better than the pictures! The bathrooms were also very comfortable and the amenities were great. Parking is also easy. At one point during the day one of the neighbors was doing construction and that night they also put unpleasant smelling fertilizer which made it more difficult for us to enjoy outside but the host assured us this is not typical and the smell was gone by the morning and we relaxed outside again. The host is also very responsive and forgiving and helped us a lot during our stay. If you are hesitating to book this place, do not hesitate. Book your stay with Azzan now and thank me later!

Prachtige tenten. Vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaar. Het uitzicht was fantastisch! En we namen de optie van een tour door de woestijn met een zonsondergang als finishing touch. Erg de moeite waard! Een aanrader om hier naartoe te gaan.

I feel so blessed to have had this wonderful experience at this vacation home. The scenery was breathtaking, and you’ll even notice something about the air is different out here. It’s in a great location, but a 4x4 vehicle is a must—we learned the hard way when our SUV wasn’t approved to come up . It’s difficult to find taxis the walks weren’t bad at all, about 15 mins to restaurants and shops. This stay was the perfect escape from the busyness of Muscat. The home was immaculate, with beautiful outdoor seating areas to enjoy nature. I even spotted a shooting star!! The sky is so beautiful at night. Overall, it was an incredible experience and I’d return in a heartbeat!
