Nous reviendrons avec certitude.

This is a fantastic spot to stay while exploring the greater Bangkok area. It is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were professional and attentive. Overall strongly recommended. If I have the opportunity again; I would like to stay there again. I personally drove a car; however, there are public transportation options available to get to this location, highly convenient.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! It was even better than the pictures show. The entire property is stunning – the pool, the rooms, the comfortable beds, and the beautiful surroundings are simply perfect. What impressed us the most was the warmth of the staff: always friendly, helpful, and attentive. We truly felt at home here!

Nous avons trouvé ce logement très agréable et très bien situé. Nam s’est montré réactif lorsque cela a été nécessaire. Ce logement est situé en plein Bangkok, donc les personnes sensibles aux bruits, prenez des bouchons.

这次在曼谷旅行，住的这个1卧室花园房源真的太让我满意啦，必须给它五星好评！刚到这，我就被眼前的景色惊艳到，坐在花园里，能看到悠悠的河流，还能眺望曼谷的天际线，视野超棒。房子内部也特别干净整洁，布置得很温馨，床软软的，睡一觉超解乏。卫生间设施齐全，用着很方便。而且房东人特别好，不管是入住前咨询问题，还是入住时遇到一些小需求，都能很快得到回应和帮助。住在这里，出行也挺便利的，周边有不少好吃好玩的地方。这次住宿体验简直完美，下次来曼谷，我还想住这儿！

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

Nous avons pris ce logement pour 3 personnes pour un séjour de 16 jours. Ce logement est excentré du centre de Bangkok ce qui permet un peu d'éviter les nuisances sonores du centre. Nous avons étaient très bien accueillis à l'accueil et notre hôte a était très réactif a nos questions. Ce logement était très propre, nous avons eu aucun problème avec celui-ci. Une superette 7-eleven est disponible à 2-3 min à pied du logement. Si vous avez loué une voiture, vous ne pourriez peut-être pas la rentré complètement sur la place de parking et fermer le portail. En somme, c'est un excellent logement au niveau qualité/prix avec un accueil de ses hôtes irréprochables.

Overall a good stay on the outskirts of the city. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. Full kitchen. Albeit you will hear road noise if you are a daytime sleeper. 5 min bike taxi to the train stations. Not a lot to do in this area. price well worth it.

Good clean and modern designed house. Kitchen and main living space is great. Would be smart to have prearranged transportation or have your own car. Side street can be a bit noisy with the amount of motorbikes zipping up and down it throughout the night.

taying at Sister Piya’s home at 44 Bangrak was truly one of the most heartwarming experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was welcomed not just as a guest, but as part of her family. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care made my stay incredibly special. The house itself is charming, clean, and full of character—peaceful, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches that show how much love she puts into the space. Every corner of the home reflects her beautiful spirit. It was the perfect place to unwind and feel at home away from home. Sister Piya went above and beyond in every way—her hospitality is something I will always remember. Thank you for opening your heart and home to me. I’m leaving with not just beautiful memories, but also a deep sense of gratitude. Highly recommended to anyone looking for not just a stay, but a meaningful connection.

We the family of 7 stayed at Tar’s place for 5 nights. Tar was very helpful, proactive and responsive to our requests. We booked a minivan for drop offPuck up from the airport at a very reasonable price. We booked a nice minibus with a driver for the site seeing in Bangkok and Pattaya. It was very good experience. Tar scheduled pur visits which was very helpful for the new to Bangkok. The place was very good for the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will recommend to our friends and would definitely stay at Tar’s place for future visits to Bangkok.

5-star: great location and condition of apartment. 1 MRT and 2 BTS Skytain stations are at walking distance (10-12 mins). Tip for foreign exchange: closest to XE(dot)com rates, no commission or fees (but require passport and hotel address): Super Rich Currency Exchange en route to Chong Nonsi BTS Skytain station. Fine-print: loading/unloading from vehicle can be challenging as there is no parking on the road in front of the apartment.

Space used to be an antique shop and after converting the 5th floor to a three-bedroom flat, with elevator, many of the antiques were put in the flat. Every room had antique furniture and porcelain.

The house was bang for the buck and Jett and Patty were very responsive hosts and accommodating. We had a request at the last minute and they provided great flexibility by allowing our request. The place was clean as well as we were all able to comfortable walk barefoot on the rooms and bathrooms. Do manage your expectations though as Bangkok weather can get really hot and since the dining and kitchenette area is not air conditioned, that might pose a problem for some. The restaurants and massage shop by the main road were really good. Mango sticky rice on Mae restaurant and the Michelin Bib Gourmand awardee restaurant (blue logo for the restaurant -- really good crab omelette!) near 7eleven were standouts. Bangkok hot/tourist spots were either walkable or Bolt/Grab-able. Overall, we would stay here again and can recommend to anyone looking for a local vibe as their base in Bangkok.

Everything was completely as expected. All the appliances worked, the rooms were clean and as stated in the description. I fell in love with the house everytime we came back to there. For people with a problem with some critters, please be aware that the house is ground level and some visitors are to be expected. We stayed for a longer period of time and Jojo offered that a cleaning crew come in too clean while we were staying there. Communication with Jojo was 12/10, we had an issue with the safe and he immediately reacted. We could not have wished for a better host. Will recommend to friends and will come again.

Pat's place is at one of the loveliest location of Bangkok. If you are in Bangkok looking for peace , serenity, tranquility for yourself must visit pat's place. People are so generous and considerate in whole neighbourhood.
