Si trova a un minuto a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria per raggiungere la storica città di Venezia, e a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della corriera che vi collegherà sia alla stazione ferroviaria di Padova che all'aeroporto di Treviso. Trovandosi Noale in posizione centrale di queste tre città, vi permetterà di raggiungerle in 20-30 minuti tramite mezzi pubblici

Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Ingresso indipendente, pano terra. Con piccolo giardino. Zona giorno, camera, bagno. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino del quale abbiamo eliminato ogni cigolio e un divano, più un lettino di 130 cm su richiesta. Parliamo inglese e portoghese.
