We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful loft apartment in Greenville, SC! The space was quiet, clean, and just minutes from downtown, making it super convenient to explore all the shops, restaurants, and activities nearby. Our host was incredibly responsive and proactive, providing clear instructions that made everything easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great place to stay, very clean and cozy!

Perfect place for two people that that are mobile. An almost brand new unit that has all of the latest conveniences. The bed is supper comfortable. The rental unit is located above a two car garage that is very quiet for a wonderful green way is located directly behind the rental. In the Belmont section of Charlotte within an easy walk to the blue line that quickly gets one downtown or north to No Da.

Loved our stay in this apartment! It's huge, beautifully furnished, and is located in a wonderfully walkable part of the city! We were in town for a USC visit (easy walk). We took advantage of some of the great restaurants on Main Street, the farmers market on Saturday am, and the central location to walk to parts of the Vista, etc. Will definitely look to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the mint house. This was a perfect spot to visit our family. We never used our car as everything was within walking distance. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area with comfortable seating and the patio area off the living was a quiet spot to enjoy coffee and read.

Carlton has everything in order to fix your own meals and there are many great places nearby to eat as well, we had Olive Branch (Greek) one evening and it was delicious. We had a wonderful stay at the Tannery House during our weekend trip to Brevard! The home was spotless and very nicely renovated, all while keeping its historical charm! Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you might need during your stay. We traveled with our 5-month-old and the home was stocked with baby gear, toys, and books. The house inside is truly fabulous. Well decorated, modern and comfy. The surrounding neighborhood and even the landscape of this house will feel "sketchy". My sense is Annette invested on the inside of the home (she did a fantastic job, it truly is modern comfort at its best) and will invest again on the landscaping later. A 12 minute UBER drive to downtown where you'll find some brilliant restaurants (Juniper, Camp etc). The vibe downtown is very cool and you're minutes away. One of the things that I found wonderful? Is the care and thought put into supplies for the kitchen. It's one of the only bnb's that had stock of coffee, tea, creamers and cooking supplies like olive oil etc. The whole inside of the house was new, clean and fresh. Definitely recommend with a 5 stars.

The house was a great spot to spend two quiet nights. The deck was a peaceful place and the house was in great condition with tons of decorations. Thank you for this nice little house.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Fort Mill. Antoinette was super responsive and communicative. Bedrooms are spacious with extra comfy bedding ( I just ordered the same comforter because I liked it so much!). Great kitchen, spacious downstairs. Had everything we needed. We have family in town so we would definately stay here again.

Highly recommend! We were only here for one night and we couldn’t of asked for anything better. Everything was super clean and the host was very responsive.

This place was fantastic to stay at. There was a lot of room. Only about 10 minutes from everything to eat or do. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable home. The home definitely can sleep a lot of people but only 5 spaces in the living room to sit down. Other than that, everything was perfect and we enjoyed this area while searching for colleges and apartments. Jennifer was responsive and able to fix any and all issues very quickly.

As all the reviews share, this is a convenient location to enjoy all that South End has to offer. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed. Be sure to follow the house instructions and do not lock yourself out of the apartment! I did make that mistake and was very thankful that the host was in town and came to our rescue.

The apartment was as described. We needed somewhere we could stay and walk to a local music festival. This location was perfect for that. We parked when we got there and didn’t move the car until check out.

Benjamin was a great host. The home looked exactly like the pictures, and I loved the layout.

What a great trip. I was in town for a convention and decided not to stay at the hotel. The place was in an amazing location, I walked to the days meetings, got coffee in my way. Plenty of food options, really no need for a car at all, I took an Uber only once. The hosts made it super easy to check in and even allowed me to check in much earlier than I originally expected due to a flight change. Highly recommend this stay and the hosts. -M

Linda Beth was an excellent host! The place was well decorated, clean and close to restaurants and the lake. She was extremely friendly and was super responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location central & walkable to everything good downtown. Place was easy find & well lit up to the entry door. There are lots of garages (with EV chargers) in immediate proximity so parking & charging shouldn't be an issue. Room wonderfully comfortable with amazing bed/pillows. Water pressure in shower was great, and place was spotless. If you're a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs, host has excellent whitenoise machine by window if some noise doesn't bother. That's the cost of being near such a lively area. We'll definitely book again when needing accommodations in the area.
